Official FTC-Ring of Honor Figures Thread
Hey all. For those who don't know me (and as my username suggests), this is Chris from FTC. I'm the guy who oversees the development of our ROH licensed figures, as well as our Legends and Rising Stars line. Since I've known the crew behind the site for a while and they've helped get the word out on our products, I wanted to come here and leave you with some information on what's in stock and what's to come down the line. This will be updated as time goes on, and I can field any questions (within reason) here on the board. Thanks to all who support the line and collect the figures! Here's hoping more of you will take interest in what we're doing at FTC and get some of these figures for your collections!

Re: Official FTC-Ring of Honor Figures Thread
Thanks, Chris!
Ring of Honor has a smaller roster comparatively to WWE. Assuming the entire roster is produced in relatively short order, will we see more ROH legends and/or complimentary figures like referees or announcers? Any thoughts on a limited edition run of said characters like your company does with the Batman '66 figures?
Additionally, is there any any effort to expedite some of the figures? There seemed to be a lag in between when the first set was announced and when it was released. In that time, one of the wrestlers no longer wrestles in ROH and the wrestler that comes with the ring isn't with ROH full-time, either.
Very cool figures, though. Saw them live at a ROH show!

Re: Official FTC-Ring of Honor Figures Thread
Where can we go to buy these figures?
Re: Official FTC-Ring of Honor Figures Thread
Figures can be ordered from www.figurestoycompany.com ($6.99 flat shipping fee for order under $100 in the contiguous United States, FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100)
Additional wrestling items also available on our sister site, www.wrestlingsupserstore.com, however that site has its own shipping rates which do vary.
Any talent made in the ROH line has to come with ROH approval, so the goal is to do the talent that is under some form of contract to the company. I’ve seen many people get confused by the release of Kevin Steen, but what they might not realize is that I “booked” the lineup for ROH Series 1 while Kevin was still under contract. I’ve seen people suggest everyone from Xavier to CM Punk, but you have to remember that likenesses have to be signed off on for use. Our goal is to do new figures, stars that have never been made and deserve a spot in people’s collections. The focus will always be on the talent focused on in present day ROH. Some may stay, some may leave, but if figure production has begun, anyone planned for release will see release.
What you won’t see are stars like CM Punk, Bryan Danielson, Tyler Black, etc. Not only is it impossible due to them having no link to current day ROH and/or being under contract to other companies, but those figures have been done to death by JAKKS and/or Mattel. I’d much rather focus on developing the first ever Dalton Castle figure or War Machine figures than use the ROH license to create retreads.
The figures are produced in more limited runs compared to what you see on store shelves. This is a line that focuses on the hardcore wrestling fan and collector community.
Another key factor is that, let’s say a talent leaves ROH, such as Kevin Steen did. That means that once that figure sells out, there won’t be any variants or restocks. So, if a popular ROH talent winds up exiting the company but still has a figure coming (or has one available), it’s in the best interest of the collector to grab it while they can, because while I may not use the term “rare”, it would immediately put it at a more limited run than someone who can be repainted/reissued in the future.
Aside from ROH, we have the Rising Stars of Wrestling and Legends of Professional Wrestling toy lines in production as well, with stars such as AJ Styles and Jim Cornette already in stock, and others like the Young Bucks coming very soon. So if you don’t see your favorite ROH star in the ROH line, it might be someone who pops up in the Rising Stars or Legends series. I’ll have a full update on those lines later today as well.

Re: Official FTC-Ring of Honor Figures Thread
Thank you Chris for all the great information!
For me, and this is only my wishlist lol. But, I think Beer City Bruiser and Silas Young would make great figures! And I do like the sound of a War Machine set.
Another figure that I would love to see made would be a "sweet and Sour" Larry Sweeney figure. I'm not sure what line you would include him in, he unfortunately passed away in 2011. But he was an ROH star as well as star in many independent promotions.
Sorry for bombarding you with a wishlist lol, but I know consumer feedback never hurts! My wife did get me the entire set of ROH figures for Christmas as well as the ring! (Great wife, hey!) The FTC ROH figures are really awesome for sure! She ordered the Briscoe Brothers in the tag team package, which is honestly my favorite figures in the whole line and I love the idea of the tag team packs. I also picked up the Jim Cornette figure myself and it's pretty awesome too!
Chris thank you so much for all 3 lines of figures at FTC. It's really great that you're focusing on figures for those stars that may not get the same treatment from WWE.
