In ring work STRICTLY. So we are talking move sets, psychology, selling, bumping, etc.
Don't give a crap about gimmick, dont care about ring entrances, or anything else.
WWE and TNA guys exluded from consideration.

My totally biased answers. If there was WWF/E guys allowed it'd look different but with the caveat, it is:
1. Kobashi
2. Misawa
3. Tanahashi
4. Suzuki
5. Okada

really good list, but not a single American cracks the top 5? Then again, those 5 are really good.

The only Americans I considered adding were Angle, Bret and HBK, but since you said no WWE guys, I coudn't think of anyone else in North America that deserved to be over them.
