I'm Thinking Of Getting A New Cell Phone

Post by Indynut » Mon Sep 05, 2016 7:06 pm

I have a T-Mobile Sidekick 4G as well as a Verizon Stratosphere 2. The Sidekick tends to coup out not even 1 hour after turning it on. The Stratosphere 2 keeps freezing up when I try to text, type a status, dial a phone number not in my contacat list, etc. I really don't want to settle for a full fledged touch screen phone. I highly doubt phones with a physical keyboard are still being made. T-Mobile doesn't do contracts anymore & my Verizon deal expired late last year. Anyone know how Cricket phones are? I'm thinking of getting one of those.

If you're a heavy data user and spend most of your time in urban areas, stick with T-Mobile. I know for 100% certain that the other 3 major carriers are ran by cheapskate suits that outsource their customer service to contract vendors, which hurts the service experience for both the receptionist and the customer due to second-class limitations provided at such locations.

I got rid of the Sidekick 4G back in October and got a GalaxyOn5.
