Only match that looks like shit on paper is that Tag Title Match. The Addiction are so underwhelming, and there really is no point to have them on the roster at this point. War Machine also kind of seems to just be thrown in there.

Roddy vs Lethal should be great, although IIRC they had a pretty shitty match in PWG.

I like The Addiction and War Machine, they bring something different to the tag division.

I like War Machine I just don't get why they're getting a tag title shot on a PPV. They aren't proven enough of a tag team IMO.

Ditto. The Addiction are better heels than RD was (not a better team, just better heels), and it's been a while since they've had a couple of hosses in the tag division. Both Hanson and Rowe have won me over.

Jay Lethal vs. Hanson for the World TV Title has been added to the July 25th TV Tapings in Baltimore.
Ring of Honor returns to Baltimore for Death Before Dishonor XIII on July 24th with an incredible night of wrestling action that the world will see on iPPV. But the following night, Saturday July 25th at a special 6pm start time, ROH rocks “Charm City” with a huge National TV Taping with episodes that will be seen coast-to-coast on both the Sinclair Broadcast Group stations as well as Destination America, once again from the William J Myers Pavilion.

Here is the first match to be announced for the July 25th TV Taping.

ROH World Television Championship
JAY LETHAL (CHAMPION) WITH TRUTH MARTINI VS HANSON

After Jay Lethal was victorious at Best in the World, ROH Matchmaker Nigel McGuinness gave Lethal the choice of which title he wanted to keep, either the ROH World Championship or the ROH World Television Championship. Whether it was greed, hubris or complete confidence, the definitive, undisputed Champion of Ring of Honor kept both titles but now must deal with the consequences.

At Death Before Dishonor XIII on Friday July 24th, Jay Lethal defends the ROH World Championship against “Mr. ROH” Roderick Strong and then on Saturday July 25th, Lethal has to defend the ROH World Television Championship against the "Warbeard from War Machine", Hanson, should he retain his championship this coming week on ROH TV when he faces Mark Briscoe.

Not only has Hanson main-evented the “13th Anniversary” Pay-Per-View back in March but the 2014 Top Prospect Tournament winner earned a spot in the 2014 “Survival of the Fittest” finals with a pinfall win over Jay Lethal! Hardly a fluke win, Hanson scored the victory over Lethal with a dominating moonsault that sent shockwaves throughout the tournament and nearly tore the House of Truth to its core.

Hanson owns a win over Lethal, a rare commodity against the true “Best in the World” and he enters the July 25th World TV title match with the confidence gained from his previous victory as well knowing that Lethal will go through a certainly grueling match the night before.

This is what Jay Lethal wanted. He wanted to be both ROH World Champion and ROH World Television Champion and within the span of 24 hours, he could lose both. Consequences...

Will history be made or will Lethal defy the odds? You have to see it live and experience Ring of Honor Wrestling in person!

Also Appearing:
Jay Briscoe
Mark Briscoe
The Kingdom (Michael Bennett, Matt Taven And Adam Cole) With Maria Kanellis
The Addiction (Christopher Daniels And Frankie Kazarian)
War Machine’s Raymond Rowe
Redragon (Bobby Fish And Kyle O’Reilly)

Glad to see them finally acknowledge that Hanson beat Lethal clean back in November. Should be a good match.

Caprice Coleman vs. Cedric Alexander has been announced for the TV Tapings on 7/25:
Hot on the heels of DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR XIII, ROH presents a second huge night of action live in Baltimore! On July 25th, Ring of Honor television camera will be rolling. This is your chance to be part of a future broadcast of ROH TV! And with DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR the night before, you never know how the landscape of Ring of Honor be changed by July 25th! This stop of the AFTERSHOCK TOUR is your first chance to see new champions if they are crowned live on internet-pay-per-view, plus all the other fallout from DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR!

Nigel McGuinness has signed a match steeped in emotion when former partners collide in Baltimore:

CEDRIC ALEXANDER VS. CAPRICE COLEMAN!

Caprice Coleman is one of the most respected veterans in the Ring of Honor locker room. His years of experience and wisdom make him an invaluable trove of knowledge for young, up and coming athletes. And Coleman has made it his personal mission to guide the next generation toward success though his unique brand of enthusiasm and positive attitude.

Without a doubt, the man who has benefited the most from Caprice Coleman's mentoring is Cedric Alexander. As a team, the two of them made their mark on ROH, showcasing incredible energy and cohesiveness. The team formed extremely early in Alexander's professional wrestling career, but even then he was so impressive that ROH had to take notice. This was at a critical point in Cedric Alexander's life, when the guidance of a respected, tenured veteran can make all the difference in the world.

Fortunately for Alexander, Caprice Coleman was there to help him navigate the treacherous waters. ! Although the duo came close and had show stealing matches, they never achieved their ultimate goal of winning the ROH World Tag Team Championship. Seeing all the potential Alexander had as a singles competitor, Coleman selflessly encouraged him to make his own way. Cedric's career soared as he became a "sure thing" breakout star!

But recently, Cedric Alexander underwent a major change in attitude after a long streak of matches that saw him come out on the losing end in spite of his incredible efforts. He was visibly agitated and brooding, eventually refusing even the traditional ROH Code of Honor. Caprice Coleman watched this unfold with dismay and knew he had to reach out to his former protégé. He wanted Cedric to remember what had always been most important: honor and integrity.

Alexander's losing streak came to an end on ROH TV when he beat the undefeated Moose. But the victory was marred by controversy. Cedric utilized a metal wrench Veda Scott had pulled from under the ring and handed to Moose. When Veda's own client refused to cheat at her behest, Cedric Alexander took advantage of the wrench, snatching it and knocking out the big man. As he said while reflecting on his actions, "now I know what I have to do."

After weeks of not communicating, Cedric finally agreed to partner with Caprice at BEST IN THE WORLD against War Machine. The partnership didn't last, as Alexander once again tried to intervene using the metal wrench. But Caprice would have none of that, valuing honor over anything.

Disgusted, Alexander abandoned his partner and former closest ally, leaving Coleman alone with War Machine. Soon after, at the conclusion of the Number One Contender's Triple Threat, Cedric slid into the ring and smashed Moose once again with the metal wrench, then added to the brutality attacking Stokely Hathaway. With both her former associates laid out in the ring, Veda Scott happily accepted the wrench back from Alexander, seemingly cementing Ring of Honor's newest partnership.

Now on July 25th, Cedric Alexander will be forced to answer for his shocking actions when he faces Caprice Coleman one-on-one! This is just one match signed for our HUGE television taping featuring the fallout from DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR. Another turn no one seems to care about. When was the last time any kind of turn had some significance and was met with more than lukewarm "boo/yay, whatever" ?

Adam Cole vs. Shinsuke Nakamura signed for the TV Tapings in Philly!!!!
A match that Ring of Honor fans have long desired has been officially signed for ROH's return to the 2300 Arena. Former ROH World Champion Adam Cole will take on “The King of Strong Style” Shinsuke Nakamura of New Japan Pro Wrestling in a true dream match.

Adam Cole returned from injury this past May at the ROH/NJPW's War of The Worlds. He surprised everyone by announcing he was going to challenge then-IWGP Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles. The stunned audience couldn’t believe the fortitude of Cole. He was fresh off major shoulder and elbow surgery and he didn’t take it easy on his return. He went right at Styles and nearly defeated him. Cole showed the world that he was back. Since that point Cole has been in a state of flux, not only in the ring, but apparently in his relationship with his Kingdom stablemates.

“The King of Strong Style” Shinsuke Nakamura is a phenomenon that Ring of Honor Fans can’t get enough of. The charismatic in-ring artist brings an unbridled energy to everything he does. His most recent tour of Ring of Honor saw him score major wins over The Briscoe’s, Jushin Liger, ACH & “Mr ROH” Roderick Strong. These wins speak volumes for Nakamura’s immense talents.

These two huge stars have never met inside the ring. Cole is finding his groove since returning from injury and a win over Nakamura would not only send shockwaves through Ring of Honor, but send a clear message to the stars of New Japan Pro Wrestling as well. Nakamura would love nothing more than to add the head of another major ROH superstar to his growing mantle. Cole is healthy and ready. Nakamura will be fresh off the grueling G1 Climax Tournament. Will Nakamura be ripe for the picking? Be there in South Philadelphia as two of the very best in the world collide for this first time!

Surprised this got its own article...

GRUDGE MATCH
CHEESEBURGER vs BRUTAL BOB

The epic split of Brutal Burgers has taken a harsh turn. Recently on Ring of Honor Television fans witnessed Brutal Bob taking his hatred for the cult favorite Cheeseburger to a new level. Bob took the diminutive star with a huge heart and put him through a ringside table with a monstrous side slam. Cheeseburger needed time to recover and is now healthy enough that he has demanded this match in Baltimore. Is he ready though? What else will the villainous Brutal Bob have up his sleeve? Be there live in Baltimore to witness the next stage in this rivalry!

I don't understand why they're bringing in the Bloodbound Warriors again. They had that bad match against Moose/RD at the Wheeling tapings last year. They were pretty terrible.

Probably just to build up the Briscoes as being the baddest team on the planet, destroying two huge dudes.
