ROH New York TV Tapings Spoilers

I'm not providing results, but this'll be better than spoiler tags in the Supercard thread. From what I can gather:

- QT Marshall and RD Evans are a regular team now.
- Adam Cole still has his title shot against Jay Briscoe at Border Wars.
- Mark Briscoe will get a TV title shot against Matt Taven at Border Wars.
- Kevin Steen insults Matt Hardy and attacks him, SCUM turned on Steen.

Filled out nice. Match 2: marshall and Evans beat two guys whose names I couldn't hear
match 3: whitmer vs mondo vs Coleman vs Alexander vs mark briscoe for a tv title shot...briscoe wins with froggy bow

Episode Two

ep2 opens with steen and corino; corino says hardy is the next champ candidate. Scum beats steen. No ROH roster help
match 1: strong beats Bennett (no Maria!) after mondo gets mad and drapes him across the top rope. Suplex back breaker
Match 2: TD vs Jorge something; double DQ, SCUM interference and a Gore. Corino restates the SCUM mission.

Mark losing to Steen, his brother beating Steen, then Mark not even being able to win the TV title all sound like reasons for Mark to turn on Jay out of jealousy. Hopefully he would be a solo heel rather than in SCUM.

Or at least it could set up a Davey/Eddie BITW type match between them.

Not necessarily. I mean if you think of it that way then it should be Lethal & Elgin vs. Matt Hardy & Steve Corino, which could be at most, just good, but nothing above that. Rave & Jacobs will mesh better with Lethal/Elgin I think and that would be the better team for this.
