What happened to Pro Wrestling Respect, where the students of the ROH school showed their skills?

The first two shows, available on DVD and as download, were pretty interesting.
(Both the shows itself and the bonus material).
But the following three shows have not been released.

Did the 6th show, announced for February 5, 2011, even happen?

2. Harlem and Lance Bravado defeated Professor Milo Shizo and Alexander Bird when Bird submitted to a double submission.

3. Mia Yim (with R.D. Evans) defeated Jamila Craft after interference from Evans.

4. Bobby and Derek Dempsey defeated Orange Cassidy and Preacher Finneus James (with Leslie Butterscotch) when the Dempsey’s hit a double splash.

5. Grizzly Redwood defeated R.D. Evans via submission.

6. Celso Rivera (with Sly Stetson) defeated Josh Thor in a 5 Minute Challenge.

7. Mr. Ernesto Osiris defeated Danny Danger in an Elevation Lottery match.

8. Shane Hagadorn and Alex Payne defeated Pelle Primeau and Andy "Right Leg" Ridge when Hagadorn submitted Pelle.

9. Delirious defeated Mike Sydal with the Chemical Imbalance II.
