18th Anniversary Official Thread
Re: 18th Anniversary Official Thread
As a worker I adore Davey. I’ve had full blown ARGUMENTS with people about him as a wrestler.
But isn’t a major barrier to him coming back the fact that his ex wife is in The Allure? Any chance we can write that trash off tv (although I feel I’m in a minority who would keep Mandy around in some capacity) and just have Davey back?

For real, no to Davey. No to anyone in Allure too.

Nice! Wasn't expecting that.
Seems like Rocky has also had a lot to do with Amazing Red's comeback... so I'm guessing we'll see him get announced soon, too. I thought we'd see a couple names, but ROH is really going all out with this. Very excited.

Loving everything announced for this snow so far! It’s sounding fun.
Do the Pitbulls team regularly anywhere at all now?

I wonder if they’ll have anybody stick around after the show.
Would be sick if like, Homicide reformed the Rottweilers and they ran Rottweilers vs Briscoes at an upcoming ppv or something.
Idk, I’m just excited for all this stuff.
Suffered through a horrendous 2019 with this company, watching Taven and Beer City Bruiser and guys like that. FINALLY they’re doing something about it.

No. Rocky has almost exclusively appeared for NJPW, ROH, RevPro, and BAR wrestling the last few years and Reyes hasn't been around those promotions.
I believe the last time Rocky and Reyes teamed together was PWG in 2007.

I think for one night it's fine, it's not like you are brining guys who are in the prime and have shown a lot of signs of slowing down. If obviously everyone does then great then def think about it but I wouldn't rely on this being the thing to save ROH. If there was one group I would love to see back in ROH it would be the rottweilers, just as a contrast to everything that is ROH right now it would be such a change of tone and could really give someone like Taven an edge that is missing to some.
I would hope also that if the guys can stay around they can also work as producers etc for the show and matches, especially if ROH is going to look to bring in more young talent like Zayne, Blake and Everett. That experience is vital especially if they want to recapture some of the essence of what made ROH, ROH.

That could be fun. Probably the best use of comedic jobbers like Delirious and Grizzly.
Re: 18th Anniversary Official Thread
Man I remember loving Delirious through 06 - 08 when he was looked at as a more serious threat. It's a shame that he's just become a comedy jobber.famicommander wrote: ↑Fri Feb 14, 2020 3:56 pmThat could be fun. Probably the best use of comedic jobbers like Delirious and Grizzly.
Regardless though, should be a fun comedy match for the show.

theres sone bitching online about this tag title match. It kind of gives away that 2guys, 1Tag dont win and why are Marty and Flip getting a tag title shot?
