We transition right into Detroit. Samoa Joe isn't messing around with the Briscoes tonight, and Homicide threatens a 187 on the ROH commissioner if he sees him.

Delirious vs Zach Gowan......Yes, the winner of last nights Survival of the Fittest tournament is now taking on a one-legged wrestler. Not much of a match for the debuting Gowan. A panic attack finds its mark but the young man moves out of the Shadows Over Hell. Backbreaker and Cobra stretch end this dud. Just not sure why they had last nights winner so far on the undercard.

Jim Cornette make down ad goes on his usual anti locals, and hatred on homicide..

Sllison Danger vs Lacey vs MsChiff vs Daizee Haze.....Was a virtualliy rushed 4 way that really served no point. Pretty bad for Shimmer standards.

Claudio Castagnoli vs Davey Richards........The match starts off slow and it doesn't take long before Davey is jumped by Chris Hero. The give him a smack to the head with a briefcase. Waterslides Richards, who is unable to kick out.

Christopher Daniels & Matt Sydal vs Colt Cabana & Jimmy Jacobs.........The match served no purpose. Strorylines involving Jimmy and Lacey moved forward sure but I wiont remember a thing about this match in five minutes. From what I understand, since Daniels won the match he requested a tag title shot but Hero wasn't buying that.. Instead we get a makeshift match with Matty Sydal Snd the obnoxious Hero

Chris Hero vs Matt Sydal....This was pure crap overshadowed by the whole Cornette/ZHomicide feud. These two guys would probably put on a good match but any interference just takes away any credibility. Hero did get pinned after a shooting star press by Sydal amidst all the chaos

Cornette comes out calling out Homicide and Joe again.

Shane Hagadron vs Dave Christ vs Jake Christ vs Jimmy Rave vs Pelle Pimeau...........Primeau with a slingshot tiger press on the other guys. Matt Cross takes offense and we have s surpise winner in Pelle Pimeau. Filler match.

Bryan Danielson vs Austin Aries.......The classics these two have sgared has it own section in the ROH video library. Real chain wrestling to start. Back and forth pinfall, catch wrestling. A suicide dive outside hits Danielson. When back in the ring though, Aries has back worked over. Camel clutch cinched in. Belly to belly suplex for 2. Lots of neckholds and chinlocks to kill time. Diving headbutt is blocked. A Frogsplash earns the challenger a 2 count. They go back and forth until an airplane spin is met with elbows to the head by Aries. Top rope back suplex for 2 count on Aries. Elbows to his head before the chicken wing is applied. Austin makes the ropes though. A flurry at the end ends with Mr Small Package retaining his title. Good match, just not the right crowd for its competitiveness.

Joe's music hits Danielson in the ring before the Briscoes make the save.

Briscoe Brothers vs Himicide & Samoa Joe.........Falls count anywhere and this match doesn't last long in the ring. Joe lands a Suicide dive over the ropes. Homicide belly to belly suplexes Mark into a row of chairs. Jay gets cocky andgets caught trying an OLE kick. He winds up powerslammed through a chair insead, The fight reachers the back lot where Mark or Jay leap off a bunch of trailers. The match lands back in the ring somehow and a spike Jay driller pins Homicide. Quick and a lot to follow. intense main event sees Cornette get his wishes

Jimmy Rave is tossing his assemby jacket away seeing as how Nana won't be back. This show was just average at best. 4.5/10

Is that the Aries/Danielson match where Danielson absolutely dominates the match. If it is that was probably their worse match together. It's still a very good match from a normal perspective but Aries being dominated when this is one of the best genuine rivalries ROH had made no sense.
