Re: Official ROH 17th Anniversary Thread
Any word on whether this show will get the same four-hour window that Fina Battle did?

Re: Official ROH 17th Anniversary Thread
I would guess no, since all the Vegas PPVs have been around the same length, around 3 hours
Kingdom being on there is a bummer. The match where TK snapped his leg over the rail was the only Kingdom match I've ever seen live that was any good. And not because of that, either, lol - that match was actually good before that part. Wish Haskins and Williams had something better going on. And there's a TON of great talent in town that weekend, too :/

Yeah, really bummed that Taven is in the main event. No one in The Kingdom does absolutely anything for me. Just a bunch of dudes. Don't get me wrong, they're mostly competent in the ring but they're just bland ass heels. Silas/Gresh, Cobb/Taylor, Bandido/Rush, and PCO/Briscoes should be good. Kinda really underwhelmed by the card, honestly. The Anniversary shows are usually big events but this doesn't feel big to me. Could be saving it all for MSG I guess...

Gresham vs Silas sounds AWESOME. I'm so glad that got added to the PPV. Really enjoy watching both those guys.
And Haskins vs Rush and Bandido vs PJ Black both sound really cool, too.

Re: Official ROH 17th Anniversary Thread
Next weekend in Vegas there's like a bazillion wrestling shows going on, it's sweet
Thursday night is QPW, which is I think run by one of the RockNES Monster guys. That has Filthy Tom vs Josh Barnett, Rascalz vs Reno Scum, Eli Everfly vs Darby Allin (pretty sure this is his Vegas debut)
Friday night is ROH PPV
AFTER the PPV there's some "Wrestling After Dark" show happening downtown on Fremont where Gameworks used to be. I would guess FSW people are running this, Kizarny and whoever else.
Saturday night is ROH tv taping
and then Sunday, FSW runs Sam's Town and they have some good stuff announced, Brian Cage vs Shane Strickland, Teddy Hart vs John Morrison, Nick Gage vs Funny Bone, Jack Evans vs Chris Bey
I'm excited

Anyone else going to be there live?
Re: Official ROH 17th Anniversary Thread
Cobb and Taylor was damn good.
Re: Official ROH 17th Anniversary Thread
Wow... Jeff Cobb vs Shane Taylor was awesome. I’d say better than 4 stars... Shane Taylor break out performance.
Re: Official ROH 17th Anniversary Thread
I can't believe the World title match is going on now, This is crazy.

They knew Taven wasnt main event material.
Re: Official ROH 17th Anniversary Thread
Wow... this is a long title match. Started out a bit slow, but has picked up nicely. Could we see a time limit draw???

Crowd still on their feet almost an hour in.
Re: Official ROH 17th Anniversary Thread
That was a hell of a match. Makes this quite the interesting storyline. Would love to see a taven vs lethal ladder match.
