Haven't they sold 3,000 in this venue before? If I remember correctly, 1,800 is a sellout in the Grand Ballroom, not Hammerstein.

I think they once managed around 2,200 but no, they've never drawn 3,000 at Hammerstein. There are 1,200 permanent seats there. 2,200 is the limit with seats and standing room. They could get more for a stage concert with far fewer seats but not a wrestling show.Big Red Machine wrote: ↑Tue Dec 18, 2018 7:29 amHaven't they sold 3,000 in this venue before? Modern numbers in the Observer for the Hammerstein Ballroom have 1,800 as the sellout number.
Older numbers for ROH (and ECW before that)- in the Observer and PWInsider- list between 2,800-3,000 as a sell out.
The more conservative modern numbers appear more accurate when looking at Ticketmaster sales pages.
