Rey Mysterio Jr.’s injury was diagnosed as a Grade 1 partially torn left biceps. He said he expects to be out of action for about a month. When asked about the Long Beach show at a Comic Con he appeared at on 3/10 in Lexington, KY, he said that he wasn’t sure if he’d be able to do it

Never one-on-one. They were in a four way on ROH TV last April that also had Lethal and Silas; and they've been on the opposite side in a couple of multi-man tags.


As for the Lee situation, I can't imagine a scenario where Gabe would block a talent from taking a New Japan booking, especially with no direct scheduling conflict. So if this rumor has any legs then we should be expecting to see Lee make his NJPW debut(not counting the RevPro co-branded events). Considering we've already seen Lee versus Ishii, I'd love to see him face off with Goto, maybe even for the NEVER strap.

Underrated post. Sounds like his injury is light. If he can't make it to SSE, there shouldn't be a problem with him being at G1 Special. . . . Right?

On White vs. Page: it should definitely be interesting, given the sort of flux both characters to be in right now. They've both been placed in major roles recently, but this match will be a legitimate litmus test on if either of these guys can be reliable main event players. (Further sidebar, if this match were happening fourteen years ago in ROH, Gabe would be brought to a kettle-pitch about the potential of both guys.) Despite the delays, White and Page have been earmarked by both companies for what feels like the longest, and I'm excited to see them show up at a big stage.

Gotta hope they have ZSJ there, even if it's just to cut a promo on Okada.

Solid card. Golden Lovers/Bucks will be insane, Switchblade/Hangman should be fine, that CHAOS/Suzuki-Gun tag should be KILLER, Ospreay/Liger will be fun, G.o.D will be neat for storyline reasons, and Roppongi 3k and Rocky vs. SoCal Uncensored should be a real good opener. Wish I could watch this live on Sunday.
