It's Jay vs Marty vs matt in a ladder match at Supercard

As soon as Ishii wins the New Japan Cup we can start the argument that the ROH title has to main event this show.

If Lethal's gonna lose it Scurll should be the one to take it.

Scurll isn't signed for much longer. That would be a ridiculously stupid move to put the title on him unless he inks a new deal before then.

Then there's no one on the roster currently worthy of taking it from Lethal.
Maybe build Rush,Cobb,or Castle to that level.
Jay Briscoe is fine too but then the already weak tag division would look even worse.

So we already have for the show...
Ladder War
Lethal (c) vs. Scurll vs. Taven
White (c) vs. NJCup Winner
Ishimori (c) vs. Lee vs. Bandido
GOD (c) vs. VE (c)
Cobb (c) vs. Ospreay (c)
Castle vs. Rush
NYC Street Fight
Bully Ray vs ??
Honor Rumble
Possible matches we have Naito vs. Ibushi and Owens vs Juice. That a pretty stacked card worth of MSG if you ask me.

No Okada, Tanahashi, Ishii, Suzuki, or Briscoes on the main card would leave me wanting more. Plus RPG3K, Jushin Liger, ZSJ, LIJ are all in town. You can't throw all that talent into the honor rumble.

If Ishii wins the NJC, which is a possibility still, then I think we get Okada and Tana teaming against the Briscoes.

Would love if that happened but don't see it. I can't lie I'm a little upset that Villain Club won the tag titles. Was really hoping for PCO vs. Ishii.

Find it hard to believe that the Briscoes might not have a significant match at ROH's biggest show ever.

If they're not on the tag title match, the only way possible for me would be Okada not winning the Cup and having Okada/Tana vs Briscoes.Buzz Sawyer wrote: ↑Sun Mar 17, 2019 5:18 pm Find it hard to believe that the Briscoes might not have a significant match at ROH's biggest show ever.

Whoop de doo! A ladder match just because! It was unnecessary last year, it's just ridiculous this year.AlexROH wrote: ↑Mon Mar 18, 2019 3:43 pm Third Ladder Match in MSG's history:

While I am no longer interested in the Roh title match I am hoping NJPW can deliver some big matches at the g1 supercard.

I don't know how anyone could see Lethal vs Taven from the Anniversary Show and then have a problem with the three way at G1 Supercard.
Especially if Scurll doesn't sign a new deal. There's absolutely no tension in the match if Scurll is on the way out, and it makes no sense to have half of the biggest ROH match at the biggest ROH show ever feature a guy who won't be there long after the event.
