Our writer Lavie let me know on twitter that Joe Koff on the Eric Bischoff show that ROH would be changing from Comet to Charge because it is more action oriented. I haven't heard the podcast yet but will be listening to it later and doing a write up.

Did any of you here it?

Here is some more info from Lavie about the differences between stations

Charge!: 67 affiliate,147 MIL pop., 47% total
Comet: 117 affiliate,199 MIL pop., 63% total

What do you guys think?

Charge is new; it will probably catch up to Comet eventually. Sinclair seems to be going all in on these digital subchannels. Comet, Charge, TBD, ASN, and soon thisTV and Antenna TV).

It's a backwards move in that it loses some markets vs Comet, but it'll be pretty irrelevant if that Tribune deal comes through and ROH ends up on most/all of Tribune's outlets.

Still, I really don't see why they wouldn't just put ROH on all of these little digital networks. I guess they want to keep them roughly close in theme, but whatever.
