You watch that Lio Rush/Rebellion thing on TV a few months ago and tell me who else in the world would have booked such a stupid, backwards, and illogical segment.
Listen, they are both dummies but there's a difference between the two. Vince Russo is an amoral monster. At least Johnston doesn't ostensibly hate wrestling.
This is true, and cannot be said about the Jeff Jarrett Gong Show Circus or Dubya Dubya Eee. I firmly believe both Jarrett and Vince are wrasslin'-hatin', amoral monsters. Hell, Vince hates wrestling so much he doesn't even allow the word to be said.

Not sure what's taking them so long to announce them, but I'm sure they will have some UK stars at these shows. The amount of wrestlers to matches announced leaves about 2-3 more per show. They have to have some.

I hope these shows lead to more Titan bookings in ROH.

Got a taste of Smile during Mania weekend. He didn't necessarily stand out but that was probably because I saw him on tags with a bunch of other people I already knew (Elgin, Cage, Strickland/Wrestlecon 10 man tag).

Smile is a fine high-flyer, IMO, but nothing special. People like Strickland, Guevara, Lío or even ACH are way better than him. Plus, he has had problems with some promoters this year in the UK because of his behavior. He's your usual young boy that thinks he's the hottest thing in wrestling and also thinks he could do whatever he wants.

Yesterday he posted this telling that he'll stop taking some bookings;

Btw, the tríos match for Liverpool is meh, we saw a very similar match at WOTW Dearborn this year. And this booking means that there's no Jay Briscoe heel turn? They will continiue with this trio forever?

A lot of people have told me that some promoters don't like Smile's attitude and that's why some companies in the UK haven't booked him recently. He's good, yeah, but with all the talent in the UK and RPW, I don't think Smile's is the best option to join the WOTW Tour. Just an opinion.

He's announced for a tríos Title match in London. So yeah, I'm sure he'll be wrestling at Edinburgh and Liverpool.

Jay Briscoe vs. Kenny King and Hangman Page vs. Kenny King don't sound like War Of The Worlds type match ups. I'm not going to lie I haven't watched the product since 2014, or Kenny King since he left ROH the first time. But why aren't they giving him anything to do? Is he still a botch machine like he was in his first run? 2 years ago a match with Jay Briscoe would've been huge, not in 2017 though sadly. Especially on a tour where the draw is international talent. Why not have him face someone from New Japan, CMLL, or the UK?
