If you look at Castle vs. Ibushi, it makes the most sense.

For one, New Japan don't probably care if he wins or loses because he's not contracted to them. He isn't a real priority either. I'd hope to see it and it would be a big win for Castle in his reign and act as a big attraction match instead of sticking him into a random tag team match.

If anything else, do the Cody/Ibushi rematch from today in NOLA.

Would NJPW please be gracious enough to have an Okada vs. Tanahashi chapter headline the Hammerstein Ballroom at SCOH13?

I'd hope ROH would have found a bit larger New York City venue by this point. Their too big for the Hammerstein as is IMO.

Right now the plan is for the Omega vs. Cody match to take place on 4/7 in New Orleans, but I could see them also delaying that for the All In show since the date is before they can use Bryan Danielson and they need a main event of that caliber.

It has been reported here (first reported by Brad Shepard) that Goldberg was going into the Hall of Fame this year but we’re told it’s now confirmed that he will be the main eventer of the 2018 class, which should be announced very shortly. The Dudleys name that we had heard and was on Shepard’s list is notable since they were just announced for the 25th anniversary of Raw show on 1/22.

Feels early for a Cody versus Omega grudge match, but don't know that Cody has done anything to deserve a title shot. Of course, that didn't stop Okada from giving him one, so maybe Cody just asks for a shot and Kenny obliges. Have they been teasing dissension between the two recently in NJPW or BTE?

Yes, in both NJPW and BTE.

Yes, in both NJPW and BTE.

It's still too early, though. They need some dissension that helps tell a coherent story of the split. They did one thing last summer and then did nothing with it until Kenny randomly decided to save his former partner at New Year Dash, with them functioning perfectly five together for the entirety of the intervening six months.
