Wonder if the voting is legitimate and they go with the real winner in terms of booking the match?

I don't think the booking of the match will be an issue since the voting for this particular poll ends on January 29th. That way they have two weeks to figure out how they're doing the match.

Just had a peak at the Scurll/Rush voting. 2 out of 3 Falls has a comfortable lead at 52%, while European Rounds has only 29%. So unless there's a sudden influx of votes for European Rounds, or ROH rigs the vote, it'll be Scurll vs Rush in 2 out of 3 Falls.

I voted for the European rounds. Would like to see how Rush would adapt out of his element in a traditional match. Either way it should be a good match.

So a 2/3 Falls PROVING GROUND match.

Cool, I guess. Would've preferred the European Rounds match.

This feels rather silly. Why should you have to prove that you can beat the guy 2/3 in order to earn a shot in a one-fall match?

I'd book it as Scurll wins round one. He's so confident/cocky/arrogant that if Lio somehow manages to pin him, the final fall will be for the title. Lio pins him off a Chickenwing counter or something. Then they go on and have a killer match, where Scull wins with one of his amazing Chickenwing transitions.

I'd rather they do the first two thirds of your idea here, then go to a draw which would lead to an actual 2/3 falls title match with no time limit were they do your story in full.

Well.. actually I'd really prefer they did a normal proving ground match that went to a draw and then basically did a one-fall version of your story (Scrull dominates early but then gets cocky leading to Lio getting a really close roll-up on a reversal then Scurll starts to take him more seriously) at a later show so that there is some actually continuity in the booking an so they're not just throwing gimmick matches all over the place for no reason, but if for some reason they had to do 2/3 falls here, that's how I'd do it

I thought going in that this would be a good spot for Rush to go over to establish a title contender threat.

With the 2 out of 3 falls stipulation coming out on top, I just can't see Rush winning now.

Fish and Lethal need to go over here with Cole taking the pin from Fish to set up Manhattan Mayhem.

I've heard good things about Starr, haven't had the chance to see him live.

Never got the hype around Starr, he will be a good guy to have around but again there are better that I would think should be used and more could be done with, but I guess if he is like Gresham and is happy doing what he is asked to do without complaint then it's a good move for both parties.

It would be interesting to see if ROH would ever do with the WXW title considering their links with Flo Slam but yet it being outside of the states which ROH doesn't seem to have that much issue with.

I'm starting to really get the sense that when you start to over push yourself in the company or feel you deserve more Delirious just goes nope back you go where as the guys that just do what they are asked and keep working at what they have been asked to will in the end create a much better spot for themselves.

Can't find results, but sounds like it was a dang good show.

-The fan chosen team was Jay Briscoe, Chris Sabin, and Cheeseburger
-War Machine/Young Bucks and Lio Rush/Marty Scurll are both receiving high praise
-Cody dressed as one of the Boys to attack Dalton

Did Lio Rush win his match? I noticed he posted this on Twitter, and I haven't seen the official result from that match anywhere....
