Hopefully now that ASE has come and gone, they will announce some matchups for SOTF...

Who's the frontrunner to win it this year?

O'Reilly is the giant, obvious one.

I think Fish & O'Reilly will be the final two in the 6 man elimination, with O'Reilly beating Fish.

After reading the TV Tapings spoilers, I doubt it, as....
Spoiler: show
....O'Reilly has already been confirmed as getting a title shot a Final Battle.

I still think Kyle winning SOTF would be a good idea, I think it would cement him as a real threat rather than just getting a title and being a challenger, even given the Cole history this still needs momentum especially for Kyle and I think winning SOTF, if isn't to be Kyle then I can see either ACH or Castle scoring the victory.

I'm gonna bank on Silas Young winning it this year. He's won Tag Wars and the Honor Rumble, I feel like he's got this.

I can't really see Castle, although personally I think he would be a great choice. I think his new team with Cabana keeps him away from the singles focus for the time being.

Silas Young would be another good choice, but with his title shot in Florida a couple of weeks before SOTF, I can't really see him winning either.

Jay Lethal maybe, as a way to get him "back into the hunt", and it could establish a reason for another title match based on the fact that he won't win in England???

Who knows, just hoping to see a great show.

I think it might be Jay Briscoe, the guys had a few losses since his amazing unpinned streak, and he's kinda been pushed aside. This would be a great way to bring him back into the main event fold.

It'd also be a great way to get Mark Briscoe in the fold as well.

I don't think Dalton Castle needs it, he's teaming with a main eventer in Colt Cabana and is already naturally growing.

ACH would be a breath of fresh air and a boost he desperatley needs.

Donovan Dijak would be great as well, and really tell you he's a major player.

Bobby Fish has the TV Title, I don't think he needs SOTF.

Kyle O'Reilly doesn't need it.

Matt Sydal doesn't really need it, but he could def use it to put him immediatley in the main event picture.

I see Silas doing good in this, but coming up short.

But after writing all this down, I think I'm actually gonna go with Mark Briscoe getting the big push finally.
