I think a large part of the thing with Hero's weight is that we've seen him be much trimmer, so this looks like he has gotten fat and out of shape even if he still is able to do amazing things athletically. If we had first laid eyes on Hero looking like this we'd have more of a Kevin Steen "yeah he's out of shape but who cares because he's so awesome" attitude.

Maybe he doesn't want to be tied down to an ROH contract? As of now he's working all over the states and overseas.

I remember that there was an interview he did where he say that the stars just hadn't lined up or something along those lines and that it was a negative falling out. I definitely see him coming back probably closer to next year in a similar role to AJ.
