The rebuild thing is never going to happen, he is not going to get better than he is at this point, it would be wasting time and making another "Give him the title too late situation". Turning him heel i wouldn´t mind if he do it without him having to cheat to win.

If he doesn´t win the title soon you are ruin him as champion i think.

It is too late already, the only difference is that there was never a time that felt right unlike the other guys. Like Elgin, they're gonna put the belt on him because they've """built him up""" for ages and no one else, but he's just not over enough to be the world champion and probably never will be at this point.

You guys decided the was never going to be ready no matter what after they did Cole´s turn on him, let´s be honest. I can "understand" saying that they are not building but saying that he will never be ready or that he is not good enough wrestler to get over as champ is just blind hate.

It's not that he's inherently not good enough as a wrestler. He actually is good enough in and of himself (well, his wrestling is and his heel character probably is - his babyface character is awful).

It's that they've killed him dead with the booking.

Cole is their biggest heel and their biggest babyface. It's best for the main event picture to have him as champion as soon as possible, even if I just hate the idea of figurehead of a heel-yet-super-babyface faction being champion.

The caveat there is that Cole may be done at Final Battle. If he is, it's hard to justify making him the centerpiece again for realistically the last 3 or 4 months of this year. If they have him under contract through April or May 2017 then absolutely.

It's been a while since we had a babyface Champion so almost any match sounds good even if it's face vs face. Kyle doesn't have Main Event feel right now but he can do that easily just having him doing clean finish title defense.

KO vs Kamaitachi is perfect in two ways, this is going to be the showstealer of this show and at the same time it gives Kyle a much needed singles win on PPV. Hopefully the first among many before he finally gets his final shot at the belt.

Nope. That's one of my big issues with it: NO ONE was in that beatdown. It was just Cabana and Lethal and a bunch of security guys. NOT ONE PERSON came out to fight Bullet Club (also, we later learned that War Machine was kayfabe in the hospital after their match so they weren't even in the building anymore).

The card for this show is perfect for a top level house show like a Supercard of Honor, fine card, but not really PPV quality, maybe iPPV quality for $15, but not $35 television PPV quality. Lot of good looking matches, but nothing pops out at you and says, "BUY! BUY! BUY!," if you're a casual viewer of ROH.
