‘Spot monkey’ is, in fact, a derogatory term that should read ‘a high flyer that I don’t like.’ Discussing who is or who is not is at best subjective and at worst vacuous.

The blame for any booking nonsense is still at the responsibility of the creative director, Hunter Johnston.

So apparently there's been some new rumors going around in the last day or so regarding the ending to the PPV, which suggest that Colt Cabana didn't want to lose to Jay Lethal.

If that's the case, never book him again. He should be grateful to be back in ROH, be in a main event where he had no right to be in and be grateful about being in the ring with THE top star of ROH.

To be fair to the source, here's where the rumors came from:

Exactly. Once they ran this by him, he should have not only said no, but it should have been a sign to not let the Bucks ever even work as heels again because they clearly don't understand how.

Is Delirious even want to be booking anymore? Or is he a pushover? Gedo, Matt Jackson are making calls on the booking. Next we'll have Corino and Whitmer taking over the show with an Iron Man match. Absurd, yes. Out of the realm of possibility? Who the fuck knows anymore.

ROH star Nick Jackson injured his rib Wednesday night during a match in Toronto … and sources tell us he’s already made plans to get an official evaluation this weekend from doctors.

The injury was first reported by F4wOnline and we’re told it happened while Nick was being powerbombed to the outside onto Kenny Omega during a 6-man tag match with his brother Matt Jackson against Michael Elgin, Hiroshi Tanahashi and Yoshi Tatsu.

No official diagnosis at this point, but sources close to the wrestler tell us Nick is almost positive he broke a rib — which means he could be out for up to 8 weeks.

We’re told Jackson has already booked a doctors appointment for once he returns home on Sunday … and for now, he’s just enjoying NYC with his parents.

With both his parents? I'm surprised his dad would hang out with him after he superkicked him

So if he's out for up to 8 weeks, I'm guessing he'll be missing Best Of The Super Juniors. I wonder who would take his spot, in that case. I would suppose it would rule him out of the shows in Hopkins & Milwaukee. Timeline wise, he could be back in time to do something at Best In The World.

The story about Cabana is true...but it's not that he wouldn't job. He didn't want to job clean in his return match in Chicago on PPV. Not that big of a deal IMO. Also ROH is basically TNA right now so I'm not sure people would go, oh Cabana should be grateful to be in TNA right now. It's essentially the same thing. ROH wanted Colt back way more than Colt wanted ROH back. Trust me on that one.

More evidence of Delirious being atrociously bad at booking. Delirious booked a match between KOR and Cole at SCOH Night 2. Basically the winner would be given a title shot in the future and be elevated.

Fast forward a few weeks. Cole is one of the top 2 stars in the company position wise, and O'Reilly is nowhere to be found in the midcard doing matches. Yay. THE BOOKING MAKES NO FUCKING SENSE. 0. ZERO.

If that was going to happen, why not have Cole beat O'Reilly and that would make him look like even more of a threat to Lethal with the Bullet Club?
Spoiler: show
We have a Steve Corino vs BJ Whitmer match on a PPV in 2016. We have Lio Rush jobbing in 5 minutes to ACH who has done nothing recently and Rush has just signed. We have Matt Jackson booking the main angle. Talent is unhappy with their spots. Cedric Alexander just left. And there's so much more underneath the surface about Delirious not being available for talent and being missing backstage, etc. It's really sad that Sinclair has no balls or integrity at all and is continually giving this guy a free pass.

So he had no right to be in it, yet he was more over than Jay Lethal and aside from maybe Okada, one of the biggest stars in the world, Cabana's name was chanted quite aggressively for the first 5 minutes of the match.

I don't see how that makes sense. It was his hometown, it made sense to have him in the main event. And as DXnWo posted, the source isn't reliable.

So are we all insiders now and can drop some scoops?

I heard Okada got pissed backstage at Global Wars because they only planned to use the girls for Moose's entrance. Okada demanded that they also feature in his entrance so that he could rain money down upon them. Joe Koff also wanted to use actual dollar bills, taken from ROH's pipe and drape account but Greg the Office Boy wouldn't allow it, so Okada and Gedo locked him in a broom closet and he actually hasn't been untied since.

Take my word for it guys, this is all true, I know "people".

You did see that O'Reilly just beat the champ again in tag action in a main event, right? How does that qualify as "nowhere to be found?"

Plus he did just bring the IWGP Heavyweight Champion to the limit.

Kyle O'Reilly, missing yet doing quite well for himself all things considered.

Come on.

Jobbing clean in a 15-minute three-star match is only "taking someone to the limit" if you're Kevin Kelly and you're paid to say that.
