I heard something similar about the setup in that it was a very basic set, compared to what they use for TV. I'm almost positive that this was a DVD/VOD show.FanSinceHDNet wrote: They won't need TV for a while with Nashville wrapping up this weekend, and Honor Rising and Vegas in the can. Saw photos of the entrance and it was something (metal trellis?) nicer than the old house show set up but nothing they'd use on TV (no Cary Tron, no ramp, etc).

Awesome show last night. It offered some good variety I thought and all the talents brought the goods. Briscoe Burgers vs. Moose Machine is something I'd like to see again some time soon.
Tomato cans don't stand a chance.

That's a pair of super quick ones, recently. They very quietly had Indy up the following Wednesday. I think they narrowly missed that this time by having this VOD up by Thursday.monster mafia wrote:VOD PHILLY IS UP!

Just finished up the Philly VOD, it was a very good show. Highlight of the night for me was the Best Meltzer Ever, marked out for that.

For the first time since September’s ALL STAR EXTRAVAGANZA VII pay per view, the stars of Ring of Honor return to San Antonio’s Shrine Auditorium Saturday April 23 for a night of the Best Wrestling on the Planet! The fast-paced, hard-hitting ROH action seen locally every Saturday morning at 11:00 AM on KABB Fox 29 and Sunday nights at 9:00 PM on KMYS CW 35 returns to the Lone Star State as part of the Conquest Tour!
There is nothing like seeing Ring of Honor LIVE and ROH Matchmaker Nigel McGuinness ALWAYS delivers when signing matches for San Antonio. McGuinness has a HUGE SIX-MAN MAYHEM MAIN EVENT for April 23!
6-MAN MAYHEM – ROH WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP PROVING GROUND INSTANT REWARD
ROH WORLD CHAMPION JAY LETHAL vs ACH vs MOOSE vs RODERICK STRONG vs JAY BRISCOE vs KYLE O'REILLY
There has never been a title holder as dedicated to fulfilling the obligation to the word “World” as Jay Lethal. The Greatest First Generation Wrestler has taken a self-imposed moniker and proven it to be true across both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. But after signing to a part of this 6-Man Mayhem match with the Instant Reward of a ROH World Title shot at steak, some are wondering if Lethal has gotten too big for his britches.
By signing to be a part of this main event match in San Antonio, Lethal has increased the size and the ability to hit the bulls eye that he has on his back as ROH World Champion. You see, this match is one fall: if Lethal scores the winning fall, the match is over. If any of the other five competitors do, an 83.3% likelihood, then the competitor that scores the fall gets an INSTANT REWARD and earns a ROH World Title shot on the spot! And with his recent loss in a surprise non-title bout to Colt Cabana, who knows what mental state the champion is in!
For Jay Briscoe, the two-time former ROH World Champion is looking to get his first crack at Lethal after losing the title to him at Best in the World 2015. Kyle O’Reilly did not factor into the decision in a three-way ROH World Championship match at 14th Anniversary and believes, having made Lethal tap in Milwaukee, that he still remains the number one challenger to the ROH World Title. With his victories over #REBORN Matt Sydal and Adam Cole during Supercard of Honor weekend, his resume has grown even stronger! And for “Mr. ROH” Roderick Strong, the last man to defeat Lethal in singles competition back in October in Kalamazoo, defeating Lethal is something that is tangible and makes it very easy to visualize Strong leaving San Antonio ROH World Champion.
For ACH and Moose, neither man has tasted gold in Ring of Honor. Yet. ACH may be able to use his quickness to score a pinfall in a wild six-man environment while the former NFL star Moose has the size, strength, and stamina to outlast the other five competitors and earn his first shot at the ROH World Title.
Lethal has undoubtedly put himself in a dangerous position where any one of five ROH stars could not only force an INSTANT World title match but then defeat him for his championship. But the champ is riding high, rapidly approaching two-full calendar years with a ROH World singles championship around his waist. Will Lethal continue to prove he is the Best Wrestler on the Planet or will opportunity knock for his five challengers? Will Colt Cabana weigh heavy on his mind and cause the champ to slip? Join us in San Antonio to find out!
Previous stops on the Conquest Tour have SOLD OUT and we don’t expect San Antonio to be any different! Be sure to get your tickets RIGHT NOW by clicking HERE!

Re: Official Conquest Tour 2016 Thread
The match by itself has the potential to be FANTASTIC, but I'm not that high on the Instant Reward Stipulation. I would much prefer the match being a five-way (or a six-way with someone taking Lethal's spot) opening the show, and then challenging Lethal later in the night.

Sure seems to me that the guy is on his way out. It's not like he's losing all the time all of a sudden, but I have that impression ever since he lost the 3-way at the anniversary show.Burnside wrote:Dumb.

If true that would be a huge, huge loss. He is on the poster for the Rhode Island show at least.
