Spoiler-Free Question

I'm a few months behind on ROH at the moment and trying to be as free from spoilers as possible. Currently I'm on the first episode of TV from Glory By Honor and Kevin Kelly has mentioned things like "Survival of the Fittest is next week!"

Now, the winner of SOTF last year was ruined for me because they decided to crossover the continuity and say that SOTF had already happened and Adam Cole won it even though the actual tapings took place before SOTF.

Basically, will I be able to watch the GBH Night 1 set of tapings without later shows being spoiled? If not, what order should I be watching this all in?

That is a good question. I think, but am not 100% sure, that you can watch the GBH tapings first. I am pretty sure the SOTF outcome was not acknowledged on TV until after those episodes had aired.
