Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported this,
"At the Ring of Honor TV tapings on September 19, “wrestler’s court” was reportedly held. It’s something that WWE used to do to for talents who are accused of doing something wrong. If they are found guilty then they are usually punished by paying for everyone’s bar tabs or something similar. The ROH case involved referee Gino Colucci. BJ Whitmer was the “judge” and Michael Elgin was the “defense”. Colucci was “cleared of the charges”.
When CEO Joe Koff learned about the wrestler’s court, he wasn’t happy. He sent a statement to talent telling them not to do it again, as they should be focusing on that night’s performances."

BJ Whitmer. Heel forever.
I am cosmetically pleasing.
