Deonna Purrazzo has to be the first champ. It amazes me that she was just an alternate in the Mae Young Classic given her skill level versus some of the other women who made it in.
Sign Purrazzo, Klein, Karen Q, and Sumie. Mandy Leon is okay and isn't going anywhere. Brandi Rhodes isn't good but she's probably going to be around for as long as Cody is.
With that core and some rotating indie wrestlers, CMLL luchadoras, and STARDOM girls I see the beginnings of a decent division.

I certainly can't wait for those Mandy Leon vs. Brandi Rhodes WOH Title matches.
At this point I just kinda hope they kill this thing. The vast majority of people don't care, the vast majority of the women suck, and you can use that money for the division to maybe try and sign talents that aren't terrible.

Obviously they like the results from the WOH TV specials and DVD/VOD shows, so you can't just write off those YouTube views as random pervs.
If WOH weren't worth whatever pittance they have invested into it, they'd habe killed it already. Sinclair isn't the type of company to allow money-losing vanity projects.

Just think of all the female wrestlers that will be available if/when GFW and LU finally keel over.
I'd take Ivelisse, Cherry Bomb, Sienna, Hania, Rosemary, Cheerleader Melissa, Gail Kim, etc. in a heartbeat.

Dude, just read the first few pages of this very thread. People cared back then, but you already had the same comments that you still have now (they need a title belt and actual storylines, they need to beef up the division with better women). After a while of nothing new happening, most people stopped giving a shit and moved on.

Brandi Rhodes had a much better showing this on this week's WOH Wednesday. It was nothing special but she looked a lot more fluid and confident. Strikes were much better.
I don't want her anywhere near the title but that was a big improvement over that awful debut. It's easy to forget that it's still not been a year since her first singles match.

One of the better WOH Wednesday matches in my opinion. It's nice to see Sumie out there not trying to carry one or more rookies and just having a match.
And I keep saying it, but they have to sign Deonna if they're going to have a WOH Championship. She's got to be the first champion.
