Re: Women's wrestling in ROH
She has a lot of experience in very small promotions in Kentucky and Ohio, and it wasn't her first match with Ray Lyn. Of course, compared to most ROH workers who also wrestle for six years or so, it's not that much.
But anyway, no matter if it's her, newcomers like Mandy and Deonna, or SHIMMER stars like Athena and MsChif, "Women of Honor" matches in the Sinclair era turn out not nearly as good as the same wrestlers' matches elsewhere. (Five or ten years ago, they usually were way too short, but still good.)

It's not like they're put in a position to deliver something worthwhile. They're mostly pre-show or back from intermission dark matches where you generally don't go crazy with big spots and keep it pretty basic. To be fair, I wouldn't expect some 5-star classics from the current talent either, but that should tell you more about how average-at-best most of these women are.

Things weren't much better before Sinclair, either.Duke of Bridgewater wrote:She has a lot of experience in very small promotions in Kentucky and Ohio, and it wasn't her first match with Ray Lyn. Of course, compared to most ROH workers who also wrestle for six years or so, it's not that much.

Haven't watched it yet but I thought I'd drop this here.

Taeler is so hot during her entrance
And she looked better in that match. She should have won

It was good for most of the match, as they used ODB as what she is: a comedy wrestler.
Taeler should have won indeed, maybe with Truth's help if they don't want to use ODB as a jobber.
Taeler Hendrix vs Heidi Lovelace would be a good pairing, in my opinion.

Deonna Perrazo and Hania the Huntress could be a good tag team going foward for them if they want.

Quality work there on the names.

Dickerson was better than Dickinson, Perrzao/Perrazo & Sikai aren't that bad either.

Back in the day, many people never got "Nick Bockwinkel" and "Bob Geigel" right.
Anyway, the tag match looks promising.

And what about that poor Tomasso Ciampa ?Duke of Bridgewater wrote:Back in the day, many people never got "Nick Bockwinkel" and "Bob Geigel" right.
It would be nice if they could add a separate roster page for the women wrestlers, not only Veda Scott & Mandy Leon.
And more articles on the website like they did with Leah Von Dutch, i know practically nothing about their background or their characters.

I would love to see Davienne back. She debuted in ROH (and wrestling in general) in 2013, squaring off against MsChif until Veda Scott interrupted the match.
She has developed well since and recently returned from Japan. So how about challenging Veda?

Very excited to see Purrazzo again. She has appeared on WWE, TNA, ROH, OVW, CZW, and more this year. Has a good look and has been involved in some good stuff. She's at worst "in it to win it" and she's going to get really good by virtue of traveling.

Re: Women's wrestling in ROH
Cherry Bomb was already supposed to wrestle in ROH before her injury, she'll be back.
