Judging by the rest of the advertised talent list Aries opponent will be Sias Young. Cole and Bennett will face War Machine.
Silas Young would actually make sense, as they broke in together.

Very random. I'm honestly not familiar with Nanae Takahashi. Anyone care to give a brief background? Is she really good? I know very, very little about Japanese women's wrestling.

She is a big name in the Joshi world, big enough to attract some fans i would say, here is one great match of her:

Late 90s All Japan Women's star, debuted really right after the bottom dropped out of AJPW so missed the boom period. Been around Japanese women's indies for like 15 years. Still somehow only 36 years old.

I wouldn't count on it. The fact 90% of this board doesn't know her says enough.
I was in the front line when we battled page 15

If this was a big city, maybe it'd sell a couple more. But it's Las Vegas. I'd be surprised if that gained one extra ticket sell.

Aries being announced may sell a lot, however.

Lot of Japanese used to visit Vegas during, well, every day of the year since it was an incredibly popular tourist spot for them (for me as well, for that matter). It's not outside the realm of possiblity some might take the time out to visit the show if they happen to be wrestling fans and happen to be fans of Nanae.

So that could be, like, 5 tickets or so. :)

I guess that's fair and I can say I was easily proven wrong today. And those 5 matter.

I'm way out of the loop on joshi, but I'm not complaining at all about Nanae Takahashi.

Also, Adam Cole and Rocky Romero will be hosting seminars at the Future Stars of Wrestling training facility. Rocky will also face Jakob Austin Young that Saturday.

I am interested in that match however ROH let a new match slip before its official announcement on their facebook page earlier and deleted the post

Luckily I saved the image from the announcement....

Hope not. I'd rather see Aries vs Cole than have Aries in this random 6-man.

Aries vs Cole will come in time with some build-up. Honestly could see that match co-headlining Final Battle this year.

Cole will be a face by then, and if Aries stays he'll be one too.

Could definite see babyface Aries d heel Cole in Vegas. Cole can take the loss because he'll have a clean slate when he turns face.
