They've certainly reached their limit with the TV Title. I don't think they can add any more.

That being said, I don't think getting wrestlers will be that much of an issue. That have their core set of guys, and (from what I've heard from others), the people running this show want it to be like a true territory, where talents might come and go. The ROH relationship certainly helps then get a couple extra guys.

I vaguely remember reading that split in 2019 happened because NWA wanted more influence on RoH shows and RoH said no. So wouldn't be surprised if what you wrote is true.

I don't how much influence they would have in ROH as a whole, I imagine they would have influence in the NWA/ROH storyline that is developing. Hopefully though that is contained to small areas and doesn't become all consuming. There is also no harm though in Marty getting extra feedback and people to bounce ideas off, Lagana has been in wrestling a long time and I would hope has picked up a lot in his time in all areas. it's basically what the likes of Cody, the Bucks etc have been banging on about, funnily enough though they are have steared themselves away from working with anyone really to make it a reality.

NWA team should have input on anything involving their name/guys. The videos ROH were an enhancement, but Billy’s NWA hasn’t done anything creatively that made me want to watch.

Pure title could be interesting, but I do think the concept is a little dated/played out. As someone else suggested a yearly pure rules tournament could be really interesting. Round robin style, let it play out over two to three months, winner gets a trophy and can also continue to engage in pure rules matches, or others can leading into or out of the tournament itself, but then you’re not tied down to the structure a title requires.

As I've said before, I'm fine with the Pure Title returning as long as:
1. There are no more new titles in ROH, ever, unless the WOH get to a place where a tag title is a good idea (not anytime soon)
and
2. This leads to longer reigns for the World, TV, and Pure Titles

A flamboyant character like Hendry for TV Champ, a great technical wrestler like Tracy Williams for Pure Champ, and guys who are top tier at everything like Rush or Marty for World Champ.

Just on the TV title could you have something like where the match actually has to last 20 minutes and if it doesn't the champion forfits the title.

Also the Bouncers appeared on the NWA tapings last night, if there were ever two ROH talent that fit the NWA it's those two, you could say the same for Silas and Maybe even PJ Black. Hopefully the Bouncers move over and become a regular tag team in the NWA.
