They theorized that, because Sinclair turned this down, this might mean that ROH is doing well enough with their current business model, because otherwise, why turn down the offer?

That clip is around 2:13:45 on the podcast:

Maybe ROH is going to start their own service and/ or partner with NJPW World. I would imagine that SBGI decide that they could stream their product without the help of FloSlam. The other side , WWN , was probably desperate for a new money backer. I know that Gabe and Sal have been working for the WWE , but how much money is being generated by working with the McMahons ? Not $ 3 million . I wonder how much longer the WWN/WWE will hold up ?

It is my understand that the WWE is a minority investor in FloSports/ Floslam. They have no voice in the operation of the company. That became more apparent when the WWE starting pulling contracted WWE UK talent from FloSlam shows.

According to his website, he'll be at the shows in March.

Then hopefully they don't waste any of them with pointless New Japan matches.

They'll do as many as their asked to. Meltzer touched on this last year, their buys must have been encouraging enough for providers to want them to do more, so if their happy with the current amount they'll keep it at that, if they want more, they'll ask and ROH will probably deliver. On the contrast, TNA struggles to get one PPV a year through providers because nobody buys them, they do the ONO's because their cheap to produce.

i think the tag team needs a little rebuild

Hangman Page/Chase Owens (Wanted this one for a long time)
Lio Rush/Jay Lethal (Student/Master sort of deal, a la Lethal and Joe)
If he doesn't win the TPT, John Skyler and Corey Hollis
If Elgin was still around I'd have liked an Elgin/Jax Dane combo
If not that, would have him join War Machine if one goes
Bring in Dijak's partner in the American Destroyers, Mikey Webb I believe
Would like to see more Guerrillas of Destiny if they can come to the states and not suck like they were

Will edit if any more come to mind

4 I think is the best number, considering they're pretty expensive.

Tag division thoughts:
-Push Silas and the Bruiser
-Book Roppongi Vice and the GOD as often as possible
-Lethal moving to the tag division for a little while makes sense. Pursue the grand slam. Pair him with someone young.
-Give MCMG something to do other than cut ten minute promos about the young talent
-Bring in the KES for an extended run if possible
-Book Stevie Richards in a tag team with someone young ala Rhino/Heath Slater.
-Move Taven up the card, keep the Kingdom together, let O'Ryan and Marseglia be an up and coming team
-continue to job out Ferrara/Cheeseburger/Daddiego and the Tempura Boyz
-book Dalton Castle's boys as a more regular tag team
-Keep the Addiction and the Briscoes together as part time teams even with individual members getting solo runs
-Same for the ANX; use them sometimes even in view of the Rebellion's group activities
-Have Whitmer and Martinez dump Sullivan and do their own thing as a regular tag team
-Obviously the Young Bucks aren't going anywhere
-If War Machine stays, great. If they don't, no biggie.

No brainer. RPG Vice. Haven't been booked to death, mostly used for obligatory NJPW appearances. Rocky Romero is one of the 5 most underrated wrestlers on the planet. Privately stumping for him to win the ROH tag titles with his fourth different partner.

I'd be all for Roppongi Vice getting a run with the ROH World Tag Team Titles, even if it's a short reign.

I agree with all of this, except that I'd stick the Boys in the FerraraBurgers/Sho & Yo jobber category.
