O'Reilly vs Joe would be great. I don't think I like Cole losing to Joe. I would substitute that match with a high profile tag match. Something like Joe & Sydal vs Cole & Lethal.

Imagine if he showed up as a surprise at Final Battle or 13th Anniversary. The pop alone would be worth it. I'm sure he could have a few big attraction matches, and if were to deliver in those then bring him in more.

If they are sold out, why not, otherwise the new fans he could bring in if he is announced are far from negligible for two big events.

Oh yeah. Totally agree that it's smart to make such announcements if you're in need of ticket sales. Surprises are just so much fun.
