UFC Fighter 'Filthy' Tom Lawlor -- Seeking Permanent Double Duty ... With New Wrestling Deal

UFC fighter Tom Lawlor is about to make pro wrestling a lot more filthy ... 'cause a popular federation is close to inking a permanent deal with the MMA bad ass.

Lawlor ... or as UFC fans know him, "Filthy" ... made a special appearance at an ROH Wrestling event last month managing a tag team, and we're told he's been negotiating a permanent deal ever since.

Our sources say Lawlor got UFC's blessing to work with ROH during his downtime ... and he's excited to continue working with the reDRagon duo. For now he'll only be managing, but could still see some ring action from time to time.

We're told the deal is close to being finalized ... and Filthy is expected to appear at ROH's PPV "Best in the World" later this month.

Best news of the fucking night. Not only is Lawlor fucking gold and fits reDRagon perfectly, he can use ROH as a sponsor for his fights. Great for the company. Thought the guy was fucking awesome at WOTW. reDRagon is just too awesome.

From what I've heard he's actually wrestled a few matches on some independent shows in Florida (I imagine it wasn't recently).

has ROH published any inof on how fast the PPV will be available at UStream for a replay? Is it up there a few hours after it happened? Probably won't be able to watch it live with it being on Sunday, therefore would like to see it on Monday evening to stay spoiler free.

Wonder what will fill the rest of the show so far Cole vs. Elgin, Strong vs. Alexander, Bennett & Hardy vs. The Briscoes, Lethal vs. Taven, reDRagon vs. Daniels & Kazarian, and Steen vs. Young is confirmed. That's six matches I suppose two more will fill out the show maybe The Decade's young boy's vs. Coleman & ACH and Whitmer vs. Ciampa. Cheeseburger, Brutal Bob, RD Evans (will he be with Chikara on the 22nd?), and Romantic Touch are left. Maybe there will be a Future of Honor match. Wonder if Chris Hero has anything going on on June 22?

Word from the Observer is that TNA is trying to make some moves to screw with ROH, which has included contacting talents in the past week. It has been said that the talents contacted are under contract to ROH.
