Agreed.

Elgin/Okada (Praying)
Tanahashi/Bennett
Nakamura/Steen
BC/Briscoes
Bucks/ReDragon
Lethal/KUSHIDA

Those are 6 fucking awesome matches IMO, and Cole/Liger could surprise some people. Hopefully Liger will be motivated.
Gotta agree.

Count me in on that as well...

Back to my comment about guys on the ROH roster being considered Jr.'s in New Japan, I don't think it's so much that the ROH would be considered Jr's, but it's more of the fact that a majority of ROH's Roster just isn't the type of talent New Japan is looking for at the moment.

Think about this for a second....Which North American Talents does New Japan have on their roster that aren't in the Jr. Division/Jr. Tag Division (i.e. The Young Bucks, Alex Shelley)? Karl Anderson, Shelton Benjamin, Lance Archer, Davey Boy Smith Jr., Doc Gallows. Who are they looking at from Ring of Honor? Michael Elgin (who is essentially the North American counterpart of Tomohiro Ishii) and (if rumors are to be believed) Michael Bennett. Judging by that list, I think it's clear what kinds of American/Canadian talent New Japan is looking for.

I get the comparison kinda/sorta but Tomohiro Ishii is 10x the worker that Elgin is.

If Elgin is in the G1 Climax and Ishii is in the same block with him.....that will be something, and by that, I mean an extremely awesome something.

Court Bauer tweeted that he'd seen the ROH/NJPW merchandise and Bennett tweeted Court the picture above. Looks like Court likes it, so expect it in NYC I'd say. Maybe even Toronto.

According to ROH twitter, Bennett has requested the loser of AJ/Okada to be added to his match with Tanahashi. Kind of want Okada to lose now so I can see Tanahashi/Okada in some shape/form at the Hammerstein.

AJ hasn't really been impressive at all IMO. Tanahashi/Okada/Bennett in a elimination match where Bennett gets eliminated first though :o :o :o :o :o

All of AJ's matches in ROH have been good this year but nothing really spectacular. I actually thought his match with Hero was great. I think either way Okada vs. Elgin/AJ vs. Tanahashi vs. Bennett OR AJ vs. Elgin/ Okada vs. Tanahashi vs. Bennett will be great. I want Okada vs. Elgin though.

I want Okada/Elgin so bad too...but it really seems like everyone thinks he's losing the belt. Very disappointing. I just can't believe that's how they'll end Okada's fucking fantastic reign.

Okada will get the belt back before the end of the year, I'm sure of it. Almost as sure as I am that he'll lose it to AJ.
