Marty Scurll and Brody King on these shows means the highly anticipated return of Bullet Club to New Japan!

I'm sure some of those matches will end up shining, but those cards are really yikes. New Japan should find some way to compensate for what happened here, even if part of the problem wasn't their fault. It's not up to New Japan house show standards or really even ROH's.

Sooooo, Rush is comming to Florida in 2 weeks!! Happy to see that ROH worked on his visa before all this problems with the shutdown.

Confirmed in the lattest article in ROHWrestling.com:
Another huge signing was announced last week when CMLL superstar RUSH inked an exclusive deal with ROH. Before officially joining the roster, RUSH made his ROH debut with an impressive victory over The Kingdom’s TK O’Ryan at the international television taping in Philadelphia in December (the full episode with RUSH’s debut is available on HonorClub) and will hit the road next month for an international television taping in Lakeland, Fla. (Feb. 9) and a live event in Miami (Feb. 10).

Cool to see all the legends there. Since Ian Riccaboni will be on commentary, I hope this is streamed live in Honor Club and with ROH production team, specially looking at the bad production work NWA put on their one (and only) live stream back in 70 Anniversary.

Also... Jim Crockett back again in a building during a ROHish show haha

They wait until I move to Vegas to tour the Pacific Northwest. granted I get ROH twice a year down here. I would like to go to the show with all my buddies back in my home town.

So what we thinking a 3 day loop Vancouver, Seattle and Portland?

WOTW 2019 confirmed:
War of the Worlds, which brings together the top stars from the two best wrestling organizations in the world, has become one of the highlights on the Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro-Wrestling calendars.

Since its inception in 2014, War of the Worlds has produced unique, star-studded, action-packed matches with ROH competitors facing and teaming with NJPW competitors. This year’s War of The Worlds tour undoubtedly will be the biggest one yet as it will feature the fallout from the sold-out G1 Supercard event from Madison Square Garden.

War of the Worlds kicks off in Buffalo on May 8 and then heads to Toronto on May 9 and Grand Rapids, Mich., on May 11 before concluding in Chicago on May 12.

Tickets for the four shows go on sale Wednesday, Feb. 13 at 10 a.m. eastern for HonorClub members, and Friday, Feb. 15 at 10 a.m. eastern for the general public at ROHTickets.com.

Don’t miss your opportunity to witness the best in professional wrestling do battle. Keep it locked into ROHWrestling.com for the full list of NJPW stars headed stateside and for match signings.

War of the Worlds 2019

Wednesday, May 8 – Buffalo, NY - Buffalo RiverWorks – 7:30pm
Thursday, May 9 – Toronto, ON – Ted Reeve Arena – 7:30pm
Saturday, May 11 – Grand Rapids, MI – DeltaPlex – 6pm
Sunday, May 12 – Chicago, IL – The Odeum in Villa Park – 7pm

This is an implication of this announcement that is not getting nearly enough attention.

monster mafia wrote: Wed Feb 06, 2019 10:31 am we want shingo!
Specifically, we want him against Jay Briscoe, Brody King... Silas Young, and maybe a tag against the Briscoes?
I'd also be down for Shingo & BUSHI vs. Coast 2 Coast.

It doesn't surprise me that NJPW is sticking with ROH.

AEW is either going to be huge or it's going to fail huge. ROH is a known quantity.

If AEW is as successful as I think it might be, they're going to quickly blow past NJPW and ROH's mainstream popularity. Working with them could put NJPW in the position that Evolve, Progress, and ICW presently find themselves in relation to WWE. Essentially a feeder promotion or at best a junior partner, waiting to either be bought out or cast aside at the whim of an eccentric billionaire.

NJPW is bigger than ROH, but they're in the same ballpark. NJPW may be the power player in but it's still clear that both need each other.

And there is, of course, the fact that ROH works with CMLL and RevPro, NJPW's other international partners.

Ring of Honor is blazing a trail to Kent, Wash., and Portland, Ore., this June, as The Best Wrestling on the Planet makes its long-awaited Pacific Northwest debut.

ROH State of the Art takes place on Saturday, June 1 at ShoWare Center in Kent, and then heads to Portland State University’s Viking Pavilion on Sunday, June 2. Both shows will stream live for HonorClub.

Keep it locked onto ROHWrestling.com for ticket on-sale information.

The Pacific Northwest has a rich tradition in pro wrestling, going back to the territory days when legendary promoter Don Owen brought in stars such as Roddy Piper, Jimmy Snuka, Playboy Buddy Rose and Moondog Mayne.

ROH, which has always shown respect and appreciation for pro wrestling history, looks to continue the tradition of great pro wrestling in the Pacific Northwest by showcasing the top stars in the sport today.

With an influx of blue-chip free agents recently joining ROH’s talented roster, the action in ROH is hotter than ever and the future has never looked brighter.

There is nothing like the hard-hitting, in-your-face action that only ROH can deliver! See all of you favorite stars LIVE when ROH comes to Kent and Portland!

ShoWare Center is a PERFECT location. Right next to a shopping center with plenty of dining options plus an AMC IMAX theater, and also home to a major bus and train station.

It's like they're purposefully tip-toeing around Denver.

No notable promotions besides WWE have run a show here since WCW died.

Has Denver established a scene of any kind in recent years like Defy did for Seattle and the PNW?
