I have a question concerning Minoru Suzuki x Ayumi Nakamura - Kaze ni nare ~ The King to the World.

There are two versions released (the Minoru one and the Ayumi one), is there any particular difference aside of the cover? Plus, any clue of who made the song "SUZUKI GUN ICHI-BAN"?

The only difference is in that of the cover, the track listings are the same. As far as who made SUZUKI GUN ICHI-BAN, the answer is on the Piledriver page you linked to. The translated credits are as follows;

Anyone found the old Natsupoi/Natsumi Maki's theme in High quality? there's one but it sounds like recorded from a venue, I'd really appreciate it!

Definitely sounds like a recording from a venue, specially since the video says "clean-ish". I'd tend to think it's STARDOM made and it will be released on their next release.
