Best in the world 2021
Lavie on twitter retweeted a person that show bitw has sold all ringside tickets and have 447 tickets remaining but this might not include the tickets sold to honorclub members which roh said would be processed by friday
Re: Best in the world 2021
I don't think every normal floor seat was available due to people being separated into pods. If restrictions get loosened it's possible more floor seats may become available.

After being out of school and stuck in house with her siblings for 10 months she would hit me with a chair if i even hinted at not taking her.famicommander wrote: ↑Wed Jun 09, 2021 12:21 pmthe only solution is for your daughter's soccer team to hit the other girls with chairs

I saw your post on another forum that the map looks like they setup for a 1.000 fans and already sold little over 600 since mondayfamicommander wrote: ↑Wed Jun 09, 2021 9:38 am You can see the map in real time right here:

That's just a guess on my part based on a quick glance at the map. The arena seats 5500 for concerts. ROH looks to have cut off about 40% of it off the top for their entrance ramp/video boards, then subtract the 8 sections they didn't sell and the ring, then try to figure out just how many seats are greyed out for social distancing.Chrisvegas27 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 09, 2021 7:14 pmI saw your post on another forum that the map looks like they setup for a 1.000 fans and already sold little over 600 since mondayfamicommander wrote: ↑Wed Jun 09, 2021 9:38 am You can see the map in real time right here:

My best guess is that, based on what is still available, they've sold a little over half of what it looks like might have been available from the start. Their best announced attendance at the venue was 2500 for BITW 2018 so 1000 tickets would be 40% of that.

6/10: 401 unsold, 8 up for resale, 409 available
Still only 2 matches announced, 31 days out

Re: Best in the world 2021
I did a little math and I realized I was looking at that seat chart incorrectly. I had assumed the arena was cut in half, but on the left there that's the wall. The image shows the entire building.
So I was looking at that map thinking it was about 2500 seats. But there are about 4865 seats on that map, which is the maximum number ROH could possibly fit in the venue.
Obviously they didn't sell 8 entire sections and the rest were socially distanced. Those 8 sections remove 1759.
So that's 3,106 possible seats. If they socially distanced capacity to 50% that would be 1553 seats; 33% would be 1035 seats; 25% would be 777. I would guess they released either 1035 or 777 seats originally.

Re: Best in the world 2021
If we look at the least sold section, which is section 200, there are currently 86 tickets remaining out of a possible 301. It looks like a few have sold. If we say that's about 15, then that would hold with 33% of each section being released which would point to 1035 tickets being originally released based on the 3106 total seats in the sections they opened.
EDIT:
Actually, if you look at section 201, there are 246 possible tickets and 90 still available. That's already over 36% and some have already sold. So maybe they released closer to 40%?
Based on 3106 seats:
25% - 777 seats
30% - 931 seats
35% - 1087 seats
40% - 1242 seats
45% - 1397 seats
50% - 1553 seats
I don't think there's any way they released over 50%. Has to be somewhere in the range above.

Re: Best in the world 2021
I doubt they will release more because of how the tickets were sold to people. They forced people to purchase tickets in specific quantities due to their pods; if they release more seats that sort of screws everyone who made their choices based on what was previously available.
Whatever number they went with, which I'm guessing is in the 40% range, is what they will stick with.

Re: Best in the world 2021
You put in some work on these estimates... nice job.
I'd say, ROH just opens up a new section, rather than adjust the current tickets sold.
Hopefully ROH can run some hot angles coming out of BITW; which will help future shows sell.

It sounds like Philly is up next after Baltimore. MLW is running Philly the same weekend as BITW and they sold out (limited capacity, not sure the total) so I think the market is ready there.

One of the pictures showed a section that very much looked like 50% capacity. The groupings of two rows were alternating available seatsfamicommander wrote: ↑Thu Jun 10, 2021 11:19 am If we look at the least sold section, which is section 200, there are currently 86 tickets remaining out of a possible 301. I didn't see any that were 50%. Definitely some that approached 40% though.EvanKnight wrote: ↑Thu Jun 10, 2021 5:42 pmOne of the pictures showed a section that very much looked like 50% capacity. Flip Gordon vs ec3 at best in the world
Re: Best in the world 2021
Nice matchup... glad they aren't waiting to announce matches. I wonder who challenges Rush though. Has to be Jay Briscoe or Bandido, i assume.
I wouldn't be mad at a Rush vs. Dragon Lee main event either.
