Deciding to run during a pandemic that would severely limit ticket sales didn't help their cause either. They could have charged prices more in line with the marketplace if they could have all seats available.

Apparently there was significant money behind the company from a concert promoter (think Andrew McManus, but Mexico). No idea if it's ticket sales or covid or what but this was a mess and doomed from the get go.
