I'm with Marketh, Roddy was really reserved. Not even that he didn't say anything bad he just answered questions without saying anything interesting. I think he was trying to not offend actually.

Jacobs and Corino was great - until it was revealed half of the stuff Corino said, or more specifically what he said about Missy Hyatt was a lie, but fuck it, was entertaining.

Anyway, downloaded this bad boy. I'll be knocking out a review for PWPonderings so when I'm done I'll post a link here and if anyone wants to get some thoughts on it before ordering you can.

I enjoyed the Roddy one for what it was, it was interesting in parts. I did go into that one with low expectations based on past interviews as he is usually a reserved guy anyway. These days, ROH takes up about 90% of my wrestling interest so for me it was a good shoot.

I was hoping we'd get a Steen show with the Briscoes, but this should be just as fun.

Glad to see Jake Manning is the host. Good guy and a vastly underrated talent.

Not going to have a review up till Friday or so cause I'd to preview Cole/Callihan ahead of Is Your Body Ready?, but just some brief thoughts on it. It's entertaining, you learn a lot about The Briscoes and their background, some stuff you may have guessed but not actually known (their issues with the law etc,) but it does kind of depleat in the second hour, a lot like Roddy they just answer the questions and don't provide stories or background like say Steen and Davey did in their joint shoot.

Jake Manning hosting is cool and all but he kind of talks a little bit too much, I think Steen may talk less in The Kevin Steen Show, that is how much Jake talks. The shoot is eye opening to how much they care about ROH though, they've basically given their lives to it.

I don't mind how much Jake talks, because it becomes pretty obvious he's really trying to press them for more engaging answers and him talking so much makes it less obvious that what they're saying are basically non-answers.

Will probably wait to pick up the DVD as the matches on the second disc look worth the twenty bucks by themselves.
