In the early days of ROH, the roster was stacked with some of the absolute best wrestlers in the business of that time. Many names across the independent scene struggled to break through due to the level of talent at that time. Of those many strugglers, Jimmy Rave was one of them.

But even in the face of being fired from ROH, Rave would refuse to go down. He ended up becoming one of the most important talents of what many say is the golden age of ROH, perhaps the greatest villain in company history. He would become the Crown Jewel of Prince Nana's Embassy, and surpassed the greatest of expectations. This compilation not only chronicles the height of Rave's time under the guidance of Nana, but his struggles beforehand, as well as his highlights in 2007 and beyond.

With nearly 30 complete matches spread across four discs, this is the absolute finest work of what ROH is proud to call one of the Crown Jewels of the company. Witness classic matches against such stars and legends as CM Punk, AJ Styles, Bryan Danielson, Nigel McGuinness, Austin Aries, Roderick Strong, and many others. Also included are some of the finest promos from Jimmy Rave and Prince Nana.

And as a bonus, numerous matches on this compilation include alternate bonus commentary provided by Rave, Nana, and many other stars such as Jay Lethal, Punk, Danielson, and Matt Sydal!

This is the Crown Jewel of the Embassy. The Crown Jewel of ROH.

This is Jimmy Rave.

Bump due to demand and as a potential means to help raise funds for his terrible medical and financial ordeal, with the compilation idea also expanded to make this as definitive as possible.

I'd throw Rave/Shelley vs. Aries/Strong from Weekend of Champions Night II in there. The peak of the Rave/Shelley team and a match that main-evented over Danielson/McGuinness.

Rave/Bison Smith vs. Cabana/Danielson also worth mentioning, more for the moment than the match itself.

If it can fit with what's what been added, then go for it. The peak of the Rave & Shelley team was against Lethal & Joe though, and those who attended both Cleveland events can likely attest to that as well.

Good compilation that really highlights Jimmy in ROH. I’d be tempted to include the Stalemate segment as a lead in to to Punk collar match. I know I’m biased because, I was there, it involved Punk, Bobby Heenan, and a classic heel bait and switch that lead to a Gabe blow up on the old message board.

Just reading that makes me want to go back and watch a good chunk of that match list.
