I shortened the list to just the new cities possibly getting ROH.
That makes 4 out of the 5 major cities in Ohio to get it.

They have TV in Reno, CA

Already on here in Syracuse, New York. Sinclair already owned Fox and My Network TV here, ROH is shown on MNTV. Now they bought the NBC/CBS/CW affilliates, so it's likely headed to the CW in the future.

Yeah I realized that when I made the post. I believe Flint, MI already has ROH TV as well.

It's all good. I'm happy that Sinclair is doing well enough that they can expand, which means more people can be exposed to ROH.
