That is indeed Mr. Wrestling #3's theme, judging from the recording he used an edited version of the instrumental. Great find though man, thanks for passing along the information!

The Dirty Blondes (Leo Brien & Michael Patrick) used "7 Dollar Room" by Last Remaining Pinnacle.
