ROH Theme Music Database and Unidentified Music Folder

Hello everyone, I don't really frequent this forum much these days, so I've changed the database link to point to my friend and fellow ROH forum member Hernan's website as his information is 100% up to date and is a continuation of the original list I put together all those years ago.

With that said, hopefully you all can get as much use out of his ROH themes list as you did from my previous one!

Below is a link to a folder containing audio recordings of all the unidentified music used in ROH throughout the years, if you know what any of the unidentified songs are please post in here with the information so Hernan can update his database. Many thanks!

Thanks for providing that list! I miss the days when wrestlers would come out to "popular music". What I don't get though is when ecw got on tnn they still had wrestlers coming out to popular tunes(like Sandman came out to the Metallica music and the such), but when ROH got on HDNet they had wrestlers come out to generic themes. Why could ecw do it and not ROH?

Because Paul Heyman never bothered to pay anyone, and his father was a lawyer so he got away with a lot of things.

Thanks for the list. I know it's not anyone's specific themes, but what about the songs ROH would use to kick off shows & play when coming back from intermission? I've always wondered what those were.

At Punk the Final Chapter after Miseria Cantare finished playing he came out to another song, what was the name of that song?

For recent events in NYC after intermission they play the immigrant song after a recording of someone saying "attention attention" before counting down from 10 to 1.

CM Punk 4th - "Night Train" by The Bouncing Souls

Jonny Storm used Chesney Hawkes' "The One And Only" between his second and third themes (although that was at Frontiers of Honor, so may not be canon for the list)

Unfortunately the version of the song that El Generico uses is a very rough and unfinished version of the track (I remember reading a quote somewhere from the Girthtones themselves regarding that), and as such the Girthtones have said that they will likely not release it.

I opted not to include the "Frontiers of Honor" themes in the list as I personally felt that was more of an FWA centric show.

Heyman spent a ton of money on licensing fees

Hence one of the reason he wasn't able to pay his talent

Using copyrighted music is a waste of money, which is why WWE had Jim Johnston do all their music for so long and today.

Hell I'm surprised they shelled out the money to let Bryan use Ride of the Valkryies

Even then he only used the production music version for a short time before Jim Johnston remade it.

At Honor Takes Center Stage, Ayumi Kurihara & Hiroyo Matsumoto came out to a shortened version of this theme. It's the theme that Ayumi uses regularly.

The current ROH Live opening theme (at least since my last attended show in July in Milwaukee) is Locomotive Breath by Jethro Tull.

And where's my manners? Thank you for this comprehensive list.
