Oh, that makes sense as to why there are so many left
I was in the front line when we battled page 15
Re: Official Aftershock Tour (Live Events) Thread
Oh yeah. Those were sold out for weeks. No idea why there's so much more now. Must've moved seating around.

If they weren't planning to introduce Aries in a major angle, maybe Maria Kanellis announcement is something regarding a women division.

Austin Healy Aries @AustinAries
Tonight I return to @ringofhonor. A place that helped make me, and in return, I helped build. I come with things to say and things to prove. 5 years since I was last in a @ringofhonor ring. My exit wasn't how I'd wanted. My return will be. A man, a mission, a mic and a main event.
Maybe i am reading too much into it but it seems like they have something planned for Aries more than a one off.

The stage setup looks really cool too!
Re: Official Aftershock Tour (Live Events) Thread
So just from pictures I wish they used this venue for the 13th anniversary show.

She said to be looking for new members for The Kingdom and is targeting Austin Aries for that spot.
Re: Official Aftershock Tour (Live Events) Thread
It was a good but not great show. But then anything would be a letdown after the 13th Anniversary Show.
I ponied up for photos with Lethal, Aries, and Castle and talked with them briefly. Lethal was impressed that my name is also Jay (like he didn't just beat another one for the belt). Castle was pretty much in awe when wrestling Liger. I reminded Aries of the time he wrestled in town for FSW on one occasion -- I was on the fence about going, but when he was booked, I couldn't wait to go.
I also caught Corino, Takahashi, and War Machine after the show. Would have gotten pics with more but I had a bus to catch. Brian Cage, Martin Causus, and Phil Baroni were in attendance. A considerable lack of streamers, even for Aries.
And finally... Col. Klink was in the house. You'll see what I mean.

Kyle making Lethal tapi is such great booking, let's give Delirious his due, the eventual O'Reilly vs Lethal for the belt has been built up tremendously, the seeds have been planted, Final Battle should be the time when the best wrestler in America becomes the new ROH Champion.
Also really intrigued by the Maria nnouncment, I could see this going either way, either Aries becomes the Kingdom's new leader or maybe joins Cole in a feud against the Kingdom.

I think that, ironically, that finish will play into the television title situation . . . sooner than later. which if so, is truly brilliant booking & creates the above stated final battle main event.JigsawVs.Jason wrote:Kyle making Lethal tap is such great booking, let's give Delirious his due, the eventual O'Reilly vs Lethal for the belt has been built up tremendously, the seeds have been planted, Final Battle should be the time when the best wrestler in America becomes the new ROH Champion.
