Ishii for me. He might even be a pick for who I think has delivered most for the entire decade (and it wasn't even until 2013 that he entered his first G1).

Others I would add to the shortlist would be Kento Miyahara, PAC, Kenny Omega, Meiko Satomura, Tetsuya Endo, Yuji Okabayashi, Kzy, Sareee, Arisa Hoshiki, and Naomichi Marufuji.

In terms of in ring quality, i think the Ospreay and Ibushi are right up there.

Okada, Omega, Niato are all still great. Rollins/Owens are doing good things in WWE. Walter has been tearing it up.
