Looking at their roster, I guess not. I was thinking Pentagon and Fenix and Sami Callihan were still appearing for MLW. I am behind, obviously.
Rey Horus is the only one I can think of.

Good for them that they were able to move on from relying on LU

Sounds like MLW is starting a women's division.

Also Jim Cornette is saying a lot of misogynistic stuff on Twitter about it.

I wonder if the Von Erichs would consider former TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champion Lacey Von Erich (their cousin) as a valet. She was not a good wrestler but she was very easy on the eyes and she's part of the Von Erich wrestling legacy. I don't think she's done anything in wrestling since 2010.

Stranglehold by Ted Nugent featured prominently multiple times on MLW this week.

What are the odds Court licensed it legit? Hopefully they don't end up with some kind of ECW/early ROH shenanigans with respect to the music part of their classic content libraries.

I've noticed the Stranglehold music as well. They also use the old Air Wolf television theme for the masked wrestler that goes by Air Wolf.

Speaking of MLW, I have to say, I've really liked what they've been doing the past several weeks. Their storylines are consistent and have been interesting. The matches aren't always the best, but they have some talented guys that can put on a good show if matched properly.

Schiavone gone again from commentary and the first episode without him, the commentary team repeatedly referred to a triple threat match as a trios match. In Mexico.

I think he's supposed to be back. It seemed like the commentary was done over top of the existing footage as well. This was definitely one of the weaker shows they've had. That said, they've done a great job of building up to their first ever PPV. Pretty much every match on the card has a purpose and there's been a buildup to almost all of them from early card to main event. I continue to be impressed with how cohesive their storylines have been.

Superfight wasn't bad. Teddy and Aries was probably the best match. I didn't care for who won the main event but the final sequence was good. Lawlor and Thatcher was another standout. Everything else was fine but nothing special.

I'm editing this in because I think the context is important. I was watching the ROH show and Superfight at the same time. Hart/Aries and Lawlor/Thatcher were two matches that really made me focus on that show in particular. So when I say nothing else was special I mean I was probably more invested in the ROH show at that time and the MLW match didn't do enough to make me pay attention. The main event had me invested in I really wanted one side to win but for the second big singles match in a row Fatu showed he isn't ready. Just ugly and sloppy but not as bad as is match with Lawlor to win the title. The no DQ really helped both guys make it a decent match.

Major League Wrestling (MLW) has announced the signing of Alicia Atout.

According to a press release sent in by MLW, Atout will serve as a correspondent in the field bringing her knowledge, experience and analysis across all MLW platforms.

Major League Wrestling has signed Logan Creed, PWInsider.com has confirmed. Creed worked the MLW TV taping in Orlando last week. There had been WWE interest in the 34 year old Georgia native.

MLW's production team will soon be unveiling a new FUSION logo and new graphics within the next several weeks. This is something the promotion has been working on for the last month,

CONTRA Unit's Josef Samael has signed a new deal with the company as well. Samael has been working behind the scenes as an agent, where he's gotten high marks. As part of his new deal with the company, he'll have an expanded role behind the scenes with the wrestling operations side.

Court Bauer is currently in Los Angeles for meetings on TV and licensing expansion. As we have noted, the company is looking to expand beyond BeIN Sports in 2020.

George Carroll Jr. is currently in Japan for meetings as well. The promotion has been very happy with Carroll's work.

MLW may be adding some additional staff behind the scenes in the weeks to come

MLW trying to create mystery by saying that Lawlor will wrestle a member of the Von Erich family who is not Marshall or Ross.

Doesn't that just leave Kevin and Lacey? All the other Von Erichs who wrestled are dead and none of Kevin or Kerry's grandchildren are 18 yet as far as I know

Maybe they are going to dig up Lance Von Erich.

Lance is 60, hasn't wrestled since 1996, and isn't actually related to the Von Erichs.

All true but it would be a great heel move by Lawlor.

It would be just as effective to beat down old man Kevin or Lacey.

Chris Dejoseph walked right out of the MLW tapings and back into WWE.

Dejospeh signed to become MLW's co-executive producer less than one month ago.

MLW just traded up as far as Japanese partner promotions.

They had been working with Pro Wrestling NOAH (which, in unrelated news, just got bought by DDT's parent company), but today they announced a working agreement with Dragon Gate.

Dragon Gate is the solid #2 in the Japanese pro wrestling scene, so this is about the best available partner for them.

The latest F4W/Observer daily update said that Ben K and Shun Skywalker will likely be the first Dragon Gate guys to come over. They also mentioned that Jacob Fatu will be going to Dragon Gate, which should be cool.

The #2 spot in Japan is an interesting one, because it's fluid depending on where you are in Japan. I've heard plenty of people say that DDT is the #2 promotion in Tokyo, but I believe Dragon Gate does much better around the country as a whole. It's a very minor point, but I think that #2 spot is interchangeable between those two.
