No promotions are under the NWA banner. All the agreements lapsed.

As of now the NWA is just a name and a belt leeching off low level indies just to put on a single match at a time. They're essentially Jeff Jarrett's original Global Force Wrestling, except instead of a third generation wrestling promoter running it there's a washed up musician who believes that the condensation created by jet engines is the government dumping poison on the population.

Corgan is a nutbag who doesn't know what he's doing. Right now his biggest legacy in this business is the TNA Stupid Rules Championship.

William Patrick is a chemtrails truther? Nooo. C'mon, my guy.

Obviously NWA right now is extremely limited in scope. Still the storytelling of its mythos and the traveling champion are so different that what the indies do today. I will always support indies (or indie-ish enterprises) that make their stories as accessible as possible.

EDIT: Dammit, Billy. Apparently he's a bit of a conspiracy hoarder, in general. Summary of him on the fucking ALEX JONES show: http://news.radio.com/2014/12/12/billy- ... lluminati/

Billy Corgan is definitely a "never meet your heros" guy. The youtube video story has been fun to follow. Surprised they changed the title already.

So after all of this build they gave us a five minute match on the mid-card of someone else's show. Yeah. I'm sure people will be pay attention the next time they build something up after that.

At this point Nick Aldis hasn't done a whole lot for me but I do like what they are building though I think the story behind the Powerbomb.TV Independent Championship is just as compelling

Magnus vs James Ellsworth.

Yeah, that oughta restore some prestige to the NWA title.

At this point the Impact title means more, and that's a fucking GFW belt with a sticker on it.

Agree with u about NWA. It is so impressive. But the only thing which looks a bit strange to me that the population growth was so small for the last 10 years. Is that really so https://populationstat.com/united-kingdom/london. The other day I was reading that some cities nearly doubled the population for during 10-20 years. Though London is not an easy and cheap place for living, so maybe this is the reason.

Nwa announced recently, the next ppv will happen April 19th at the gateway arena in Atlanta, Georgia. the arena holds up to 5,000 and the ppv will be going up against impact wrestling’s rebellion ppv in New York City as well. it will be interesting to see if nwa can sell out the arena with nick Aldis vs Marty scurll most likely as the main event. Either way it’s exciting nwa is a lot of fun for sure.
