John Thorne and Chandler Biggins (Chris) are the bookers/owners of AIW. The product has improved leaps in bounds over the years.

Is Grado not appearing anymore for their tripleshot at the beginning of September? I was really excited to go, but I don't see any mention of him being there anymore.

I found this:TYFDK wrote:Is Grado not appearing anymore for their tripleshot at the beginning of September? I was really excited to go, but I don't see any mention of him being there anymore.
Scottish comedic wrestling icon Grado was supposed to make his American debut for Absolute Intense Wrestling in September, but TNA swooped in and booked him from under the Cleveland indie's nose. However, as a makegood for taking the centerpiece of AIW's early fall tripleshot, TNA has offered the services of Abyss for the middle of the three dates.
Re: The AIW (Absolute Intense Wrestling) Thread
Ah, so did TNA book him for the British Bootcamp or something?

So AIW's Hell On Earth X is coming up next month, and it's already looking like a really good show:
- Ethan Carter III vs. Johnny Gargano
- Rockstar Spud vs. Marion Fontaine
- Alex Shelley vs. Josh Prohibition

So what was the name of the AIW show years back where Raymond Rowe nearly killed Greg Iron?

Re: The AIW (Absolute Intense Wrestling) Thread
Chris Sabin vs. Eric Ryan has been added to Hell On Earth X. Looks like they're continuing with the AIW vs. TNA (past & present) trend...
I have no idea. Why do you ask?GardenStateSaint wrote:So what was the name of the AIW show years back where Raymond Rowe nearly killed Greg Iron?
Re: The AIW (Absolute Intense Wrestling) Thread
Do you mean legit roughing him up? Michael Tarver did that several years ago but I don't know if it was in AIW.GardenStateSaint wrote:So what was the name of the AIW show years back where Raymond Rowe nearly killed Greg Iron?

According to Cagematch, neither Tarver nor Rowe has ever faced Iron in AIW, so unless it wasn't in a match, it at least didn't happen in AIW

The Michael Tarver incident was in a battle royal. It was even covered by wrestlezone.com years ago. The Rowe incident I believe was also from AIW but could have been in Firestorm pro another Ohio based indy

Re: The AIW (Absolute Intense Wrestling) Thread
Just checked, and can't find any matches with both Iron and Tarver in it, but he has been in two battle royals with Rowe, both of which took place in CWE, both at events in Ohio

Re: The AIW (Absolute Intense Wrestling) Thread
At Wrestle Rager Night 1, Josh Prohibition and Raymond Rowe had a nice back and forth together and Prohibition made mention of an incident between Rowe and Iron. I recall it vaguely but just can't place it.
