Card for Neon Knights, which takes place February 16th:

Adam Brookes vs. Matt Sydal
Joey Janela vs. The Returning DALTON CASTLE
David Starr vs. Travis Banks
Zack Sabre, Jr. vs. The Debuting FLIP GORDON
Matt Riddle vs. Keith Lee
PWG World Championship: Chuck Taylor (c) vs. Trent?

Really neat to see the ROH World Champion back in PWG. I honestly didn't think it'd ever happen again. But who knows, maybe Castle wanted to return to PWG more than someone like Cody.

Heavily agreed. The playbook of having an upper mid-carder or main eventer get over in PWG while ascending the ranks in ROH has worked really well in recent history. They should absolutely, positively keep doing it. In that same vein, Flip's a great addition here. And, cause I'm me, I'm going to throw my hat in for Gresham, too. No way he doesn't get over in Reseda within a few dates.

Neon Knights also just looks like a killer card.

Pro Wrestling Guerrilla’s Battle of Los Angeles is not scheduled to take place during Labor Day Weekend this year. It will be the first time since 2011 and the fourth time overall it isn’t that weekend. The dates for the tournament have not yet been finalized.

The timing of the venue change is interesting. I've seen internet gossip that PWG "messed up" on purpose so they could charge Reseda prices for a bigger venue during NJPW weekend. Which kind of sucks for the fans, but I'll still be interested to see PWG in a different venue. I wouldn't like it to be a regular thing, but once every year or two is fine. I liked the different asthetic that the Kurt Russell Reunion shows had, I kind of expect this to be similar.

Another PWG title change this weekend, Keith Lee beat Chuck Taylor. It will be interesting to see if the rumors of Lee leaving in a few months are true or if Lee will stabilize the title picture.

Every review I've seen so far raved about the new venue, which is a surprise to me since most regular PWG fans seem overly loyal to Reseda. I'm looking forward to seeing how it looks and sounds.

As far as the matches, most reviews have Will Ospreay vs Adam Brooks as match of the night with Wentz & Xavier vs Bandido & Flamita a close second. ZSJ vs Riddle and Cobb vs Jonah Rock were also well received.

I don't know how to copy and paste links on my phone, but there's a very good review on SoCal Uncensored for anyone interested.

It's been awhile since Night One of a ASW has been better than Night Two, but in this case the talent roster for Night One has everyone from Night Two plus the Bucks, Hangman and Cobb so it has the edge on paper, for me at least. Bummed about no ZSJ or Scurll, but Ishimori is a nice get.

Another eventful weekend. I wonder if Keith Lee told PWG he was going to stay around and changed his mind, there doesn't seem to be any reason to give him a retirement present reign like Ricochet got or a tenure present like Chuck got. Maybe they knew and just thought Walter would murder Chuck so they kept playing hot potato with the belt. Saw pictures of Walter with the belt, the belt looks like a kids size lol. Hopefully Walter stabilizes the title scene for a while like I thought Lee was going to.

New tag champs too, which is more of a disappointment to me. I'm a big fan of both Cobb & Riddle, so hopefully neither one of them is going anywhere.

I am bad at linking tweets, so I copied and pasted from PWG's Twitter:

Smokey and the Bandido takes place on Friday, October 19th!

Flamita vs. Rey Horus vs. Puma King in a three way match on Oct 19th!

Brody King takes on Timothy Thatcher on Oct 19th!

Darby Allin faces Joey Janela on Oct 19th!

REY FENIX takes on Bandido on Oct 19th!

Hechicero makes his PWG debut to take on Zack Sabre, Jr. on Oct 19th!

LAX (Ortiz & Santana) make their PWG debut to take on The Rascalz in a PWG World Tag Title Match on Oct 19th!

Jeff Cobb faces WALTER for the PWG World Title on Oct 19th!

Pretty stacked card. Both titles on the line, ZSJ is back, Bandido & Puma King have a ton of buzz right now, etc.

I count that this will be show 198, and I know that PWG has done a December ASW double shot a couple of times (2013, 2015, 2017), so I am hoping they will be doing a 199 / 200 weekend to end the year.
