IMPACT was funny tonight, didn't expect much from the holiday episode but it was good.

Re: The TNA Thread
I didn't bother with Impact tonight, as last year's Thanksgiving Impact was the worst thing I've ever seen. I remember TNA was really good at the time, and I convinced my dad to watch wrestling with me. We sat through two hours of garbage. That was kind of the beginning of the end of exciting, 2012 TNA. Aces & 8's started to get stale, Hardy got pushed to the moon, and the Hogan family was on TV more than ever.
Re: The TNA Thread
Quite possibly the best segment in wrestling history.

Re: The TNA Thread
Hated this show. It just goes to show that TNA will never change. They could have actually given a survivor series match with a bunch of big names a good 35-40 minutes, but instead they chose give it less than twenty and a sh*tty finish, just so they could set up an idiotic food fight segment that made Kurt Angle look like a liar and all of the babyfaces involved look like sore losers.
Also, who the f*ck sits down to eat dinner at 10:40 pm?

It was 7:40 in my area when I watched it.

Watched the latest Impact for my sins. TNA really is the worst, isn't it.

The show took place in Orlando. Where and when anyone watched it is irrelevant. What matters is where and when it kayfabe took place.bik100 wrote:It was 7:40 in my area when I watched it.

I don't think TNA know how to get out of the rut they created...
Re: The TNA Thread
TNA's actually been solid to good for the past few months.

Entertaining episode of Impact. Disappointed we didn't get to see a bit more of Samuel Shaw though.

I would strongly disagree with this statement.bik100 wrote:TNA's actually been solid to good for the past few months.

Here a bit of a spoiler from the finals of the World Title Tournament from the tapings that took place yesterday:
Another stupid gimmick match that can be added to the annals of TNA History.....

Re: The TNA Thread
I so want to like TNA but I just can't get into it again. I'm glad Hogan is gone and some of the booking looks marginally better, but at the same time they've reverted back to some of the downright ridiculous stuff too. The recent spoiler sounds impressive for the result but I can't say I have faith in other things going on just yet.
I might have another look as it gets towards the end of the year.

Re: The TNA Thread
Don't get me wrong, I'm happy that he won the title. He deserves it. But the gimmick match takes away a bit of it for me. I mean, come on, let's be honest....they should have just had a regular match. It would have been just as effective...Mike Adamle wrote:Spoiler: show

Re: The TNA Thread
Stop this W8NC BS. Considering what TNA has fed us over the past 11 years, I'd be skeptical too if I was him. It sounds pretty out there. What's the title win if the match sucks ass?
Re: The TNA Thread
I loved Sabin's title win even if the match sucked so I'll wait and see how this one turns out.
