You should be grateful to ROH and TNA, thanks to them you discover networks that you didn't even know they ever existed.

Not New Japan. AXS is just a rebranded version of our old friend HDnet.DBSommer wrote:So have New Japan and House of Hardcore.AssShooter wrote:You should be grateful to ROH and TNA, thanks to them you discover networks that you didn't even know they ever existed.

Re: The TNA Thread
It is the foundation on which Impact Wrestling was built. The Tennessee State Fairgrounds near Impact Headquarters in Nashville, TN was our home in those early years. Now, every Thursday night from 7PM to 9PM EST you can relive the “Asylum Years” live! We will start from the very beginning and you can watch along with the current stars of Impact Wrestling as they relive those early moments with you.
Every Thursday night we will rollout another classic episode from The Asylum Years on our official YouTube channel. Don’t miss a second of reliving the moments that we still celebrate to this day and some moments we all might want to forget! Starting this Thursday, December 3rd at 7PM EST.

Pretending this never happened doesn't do you any good. Might as well own up to it.jordidebaas wrote:Way to put yourself oversome moments we all might want to forget
Re: The TNA Thread
As a big fan of 2003 TNA, I think this is a smart move by them.
Re: The TNA Thread
May have been shit, but at least it was entertaining shit. Hope they continue it every week. Wonder if they''ll do old Xplosions? Even if they were main recap show.
Re: The TNA Thread
Can't wait for budget Bo Dallas to debut.

Re: The TNA Thread
I don't want to step on any toes here, but my birthday is the 5th...
But gosh, this reeks of Bo Dallas. Not a good sign.

Bo Dallas was always played for comedy. This looks serious.TYFDK wrote:I don't want to step on any toes here, but my birthday is the 5th...

I can't imagine Bennett being behind such a Bo Dallas-esque vignette but according to CageMatch, he used "The Miracle" as a nickname at some point. Knowing TNA though, it's going to be something extremely lame like Shark Boy coming back or some fifth-rate WWE jobber from years ago.

Re: The TNA Thread
"The Miracle" Michael Bennett rolls off the tongue quite well.

There's talk of a big immediate push for Michael Bennett in TNA.

pwinsiderTNA SPOILER FOR POP DEBUT
By Mike Johnson on 2016-01-04 18:28:01 Former TNA champion James Storm will be returning to Impact Wrestling at this week's TV Tapings in Bethlehem, PA. Storm could appear as soon as tomorrow's live Impact Wrestling broadcast on Pop, PWInsider.com has confirmed.
Storm had been with TNA since it launched in June 2002 and had been a major player in the company for most of his run, starting as one half of the company's signature tag team America's Most Wanted before the team broke up and he began a major singles run. Later, Storm and Bobby Roode formed "Beer Money", an act that the company could easily reform if they decided to go in that direction.
Storm's TNA contract expired in June 2015, ending his long run with the company, although TNA had filmed so much material with him for the World Title Series that to the average TV viewer, it seemed he never left. His most recent role saw him as the leader of "The Revolution", a rag-tag group of broken misfits that he had re-shaped in his vision, including Manik, Abyss and Mahabali Shera, building to Shera turning babyface.
Storm made several appearances on WWE NXT (and had been negotiating a new deal with TNA up to the point he made his first NXT appearance) in October 2015. He last appeared for NXT in November 2015 at a TV Taping. His return to TNA indicates he won't be working for NXT going forward.
Storm flew to Pennsylvania today for tomorrow's tapings at the Sands Casino Arena in Bethlehem, PA. He is scheduled to be at all of the tapings this week. TNA will be taping several episodes of Impact Wrestling and One Night Only PPVs before broadcasting a live One Night Only PPV this Thursday evening.
