That's exactly the issue. It's a combination of WWE scouts and not being able to feature DGUSA/EVOLVE talent. There's also the fact the market has changed, but that has already been discussed.

ROH has always been a company that's thrived despite losing talent. So the argument that the indie scene is getting "depleted" really doesn't stick. New stars have been made even when more established stars have gone off to WWE.

Awesome promo. If Steen doesn't beat Richards ROH is only making the same mistake they've made in the past with not pulling the trigger at the right moment.
