If his spat - shoot or work - with ROH hurt him a lot. He was on track for a great year, but the immigration stuff and the angle that came from it damaged him a great deal, which is unfortunate.

Re: ROHWorld Awards Voting - Wrestler of the Year Round I

This is tough. I think Adam Cole has really come into his own this year. Every year he keeps getting better and better in the ring and on the mic. In 2014, he was the breakout performer in ROH and PWG, but he solidified himself as a top-tier guy on the indies. I can't wait to see what the future hol...

Attitude problem.
That's unfortunate. I'd like to see them bring her back. I always thought she was solid.

I'm seriously considering getting NJPW World. Anyone on here have it? I know the content is good, but how is the site? Is it reliable?

Unfortunately, that's most likely true. What's worst thing is he could be.

Re: The NXT Thread

In what way is "smaller guy still able to overpower bigger opponents" a joke gimmick? Neville is a small guy who is stupidly strong for a lad his size. They're just asking him to play an enhanced version of himself. I'm probably expecting the worst, honestly. I have almost no faith in WWE...

Re: The NXT Thread

People are just misunderstanding the mighty mouse description. He'll be a smaller guy with surprising speed and strength (Rey Mysterio). If they put a mask on him: Fine. But I don't think WWE are pulling a Tiger Mask with Mighty Mouse I'm more concerned of WWE turning Neville into a joke character ...

Re: The NXT Thread

Her early matches were less matches than her taking bump drills in front of a live audience, but in the last month or so she's had matches with Bayley and Sasha Banks where she's showed significant improvement in the ring and held her own. She's also got a better forearm smash than quite a few of t...

Re: Elgin leaving?

Michael Elgin, who worked indies around his home in St. Louis this weekend rather than the ROH show, appeared before crowds of 68 on 10/11 and 45 on 10/12. It was described that he almost had a breakdown backstage on the second night in Belleville, IL, saying he deserved to have more people watchin...

Re: The PWG Thread

I liked O'Reilly vs Strong from Untitled II better than most people seemed to. I thought it was very good. The match's style suited both guys extremely well. Plus, they had positioned Strong as such a strong opponent, so there was an element of suspense not present in most title matches these days.

Re: The NXT Thread

Alexa Bliss has been wrestling what, a year? Two years? Yeah, she's still kind of green, but she has real presence and charisma. I think Charlotte is getting moved up to the main roster sooner rather than later, so there is a chance for another Banks/Charlotte match after their initial rematch where...

You can buy and download videos off Highspots.com. Takes some time, of course.

Also, if you look up individual matches on Youtube there ought to be some.

Re: Lucha Underground thread

I wish I got this station. Any idea why the name/character changes for established guys like Ricochet, Hennigan, Reyes, etc? I'd imagine, for Hennigan, at least, it's a matter of Hennigan not being the most snappy of ring names. I can see Prince Puma being being a gimmick that needed a wrestler and...
