If his spat - shoot or work - with ROH hurt him a lot. He was on track for a great year, but the immigration stuff and the angle that came from it damaged him a great deal, which is unfortunate.

This is tough. I think Adam Cole has really come into his own this year. Every year he keeps getting better and better in the ring and on the mic. I liked O'Reilly vs Strong from Untitled II better than most people seemed to. I thought it was very good. The match's style suited both guys extremely well. Plus, they had positioned Strong as such a strong opponent, so there was an element of suspense not present in most title matches these days.
